It was panic time! I was at post office needing to send a priority mail envelope out with a book in…read moreit. The self-service machine was broken and the line for the single worker at the front counter was literally, out the door! I wanted this package mailed today. I checked the Yelp App and found a place near my next stop called Mail Room and More. It is in the heart of the Karcher shopping area north of I-84. I made a bee line for the place. It sits in a small strip mall that could be easy to overlook if you were not sure of where you were going. But I made it there with time to spare. Turns out the "and More" was a coffee shop with lots of little snacks and baked goods on one side and the shipping area on the other side. The staff was so nice and even though it was few extra bucks to mail the package I didn't mind because the convenience was worth it. I then remembered that I had another shipping issue with a large, flat 3 by 4-foot mounted quilt I needed to get to Michigan. I tried to ship it via UPS the day before but was quoted over $500! I knew it would be an expensive shipment because it was oversized, but I did not think it would be over $500, I expected $150 to $200. The ladies behind the counter started looking for an option for me and came up with one for $175. Right in the ballpark! It was even Fed Ex! Those ladies packed that big flat thing right up and got it out on its way to my Cousin in great time. While I am in Nampa handling my Mom's estate I will shipping more things, and all those things are getting shipped at the Mail Room... and More!

I will update and let you guys know if I do get a refund once it goes to my account. I had to literally call three times and their automated system is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Definitely will go online next time to process my claim versus calling customer service first one I couldn't even understand that person didn't speak English well second time it was so much background background noise finally the third time they say the third third times the charm I guess it was I was able to get my refund processed.

Good customer service isn't picking and choosing when you decide you want to work and don't want to work. Great you 3 have nothing better to do - I do. The lady that helped me was very friendly, and made sure to give me the sale price even though the items were being shipped in to the store. Staples, to me, has always been fairly competitive with their prices, even beating out Best Buy in electronics from time to time.

After being reassured that the account is cancelled, next month they send the product and charge our credit card. We went to the post office and followed their instructions on how to return the items...we STILL keep getting charged! The company STILL keeps returning the old packages AND sending new ones. This month, after we returned ANOTHER package, it came back with their return address blacked out! We have made multiple calls to our credit card company and have filed a case with them. We have notified the post office regarding mail fraud. We are contacting out state's Attorney General and the BBB. Run the other way if you see this scam !! Oh, and this company appears to have several names. Even the credit card company said that they had to look hard to figure out how they were operating!

This is a painting with emotional as well as real dollar value and we were having trouble finding a shipper who could ship from there to here. Jade at Navis helped us very much in her work of administration and Russ, who did the pick up there and delivery here, did a great job too. Plus, the Navis Boise price was right in the ballpark of other options and of those options at the lower end of cost among the possibilities. Superior customer service and outstanding work. The painting was delivered to the framing gallery exactly as promised. Navis will be our go to anytime we need anything shipped.

Warning, they were horrible no inventory sheet telling me how many boxes in the container and…read morenothing telling me what items were listed they lost a valuable antique shade. I got other peoples things. They broke a bunch of China that was not wrapped well. They wrapped all the China, but put no bubble wrap at the bottom of the box. Don't risk it. If you have things you don't want destroyed everything in the containers were damaged even an antique china cabinet, when they loaded it they damaged it. They sat it on a wood platform then they picked it up and set it on the platform. It knocked off the bottom support board of the China cabinet which created the glass to slide from the wood. They also broke the mirror inside the China cabinet. I would not risk it when you call to tell them they just blow you off
