porky's special: pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, white onions, green peppers + black olives = $30.99 for a large
    Trung N.

Porky's Pizza is a solid neighborhood spot. I recently ordered a large Pork's Special ($30.99). The pizza comes topped with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, white onions, green peppers, and black olives. The Special is their equivalent to a supreme and it stacks up to other versions quite nicely. The topping to dough ratio is on point and though the crust is a bit bread heavy, I didn't mind it. I also like that they use ham as the second meat instead of the usual sausage. It gave the pizza a faint taste of sweetness. I'll be back to try some of their other speciality pizzas.

    Asked for well done

I usually order on their website and ask for it well done but the last 3 times they undercooked it almost like a job so the next time I go to order I call and ask the lady if there's a way she can make sure its well done, she says she will make sure its well done, it was more cooked but nowhere near well done. This place is already pricey to be set up to be disappointed.

Porky special, no green peppers add jalapeños and artichoke hearts

Food was fair. They are a classic restaurant that has been sold several times. The recipes have changes. Too expensive for the value. No flavor. Needed more toppings and sauce on the pizza. The crust was good. Long wait time.

If you order this pizza it's best that you go there this is a nice and friendly place I love it everybody was so nice and they will ask you do u need help or how can I help you I love it . It was so nice and clean so I'm so off topic let me tell you about the pizza it was so fresh and hot and good I order a large pepperoni pizza with sausage, ham , bacon and it was so good .

    Tasty pizza

So we ordered take out! Pizza was delicious ! But I'm super disappointed with the wings and cinnamon sticks . This place has been my go to for pizza! I've lived here for 4 years now and pizza is the best. However, I feel that you're beginning to slack on quality. The wings are probably the smallest I've ever bought!!!! They are actually so small you can barely taste the meat. Since you're changing the quality and care for your clientele, I'm changing my rating.

The Fear. Well, half of it at least.

This is our go to place for pizza. I love the pizzas here and the service is always quick and friendly. This is not a dine-in establishment so you will need to call in for pickup or visit their website if you want it delivered. If you're craving for a good pizza, this is the place to go.

I was offered a little discount for ordering through their app so I took advantage of that. Ordered in the morning for pickup early afternoon. I stuck with the basic build your own salad... you are allowed greens mix, choice of only 5 veggie ingredients for the base price, a dressing. I didn't need to add meat or more veggies as I was taking it home to eat later. Ordering was easy on the app. I arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, but the staff at pickup was very nice and let me know it would be up quickly. Store was fairly empty at that time. Restroom was available with code. They asked if I needed a bag for the salad bowl but I had brought my own. Utensils and salt/pepper were available to take. I liked the variety of chips and bottled drinks they offered but did not get any extras this visit. Salad was a good sized bowl. It included a little slice of pita bread that was tasty. There were lots of the sliced black olives and edamame. I understand having everything chopped bite sized, great of you are on the go, but my lettuce and other items were diced so finely... I could barely find the cucumber, the pickled onions were still pretty bitter tho tiny, and having grape tomatoes sliced up made them lose their flavor and texture. Mixed together, though, with some of the creamy Mediterranean dressing I chose, it was delicious and filling.

Kafta Kabob was overcooked and dry. Chicken Kabob was very dry and tough. Salmon Kabobs were too well done but decent. Their garlic sauce only have a light hint of garlic flavor to it. The best part of the meal was the rice and hummus. We realized all the upcharges were added to our bill. We asked for an ONE extra pita bread, they charged $1.00. They only gave us 1 garlic sauce and I asked for another one because we ordered 2 plates. They charged me an extra 75 cents because one of these combo plates doesn't include garlic sauce. Uhm... ok. Apparently only 1 plate can have a garlic sauce. What kind of logic is that?! They both are Mediterranean plates with rice and hummus! 75 cents extra for a tiny garlic sauce. Custom charge of $3.00 was added to our $24 combo plates because I substitute the beef for another salmon Kabob. The other Kabob was a chicken. A takeout order, they charges 15 cents for a paper bag. The bill came out to be $55 for a takeout meal that's inside and behind a liquor store. All the highlighted upcharges on the receipt (see picture) that other restaurants does not charges. This is just taking advantage of your customer. Next time, I'll enjoy a nice sit down meal at a Mediterranean restaurant down the street with those prices. So underwhelming and disappointed. I know times are tough. I'm sure that $20 plus dollars you charge for a plate of food already made the business some profit already. It's tough for the customers as well, but taking advantage like this, I will never come back again which is too bad because my office is near and we would of made this our regular place to grab lunch. In honesty, it's not the extra few dollars that matter, it's the principle.

Admittedly, sometimes I've avoided stopping in due to funds being tight and he's let myself and the community know he's here for us. I've volunteered with RightMealz during the fires that devastated the greater LA area. He was the one who put our city on the map first with multiple drives for necessities, and delivered with a uhaul regularly. Usually, I fiend for the avocado toast with a slightly runny egg because chef knows how to make it just right. I pair it with a lavender latte, or an iced Chai latte. Other times I'm checking the fridge for chef's turkey mushroom meatballs with cashew cheese. I do not like turkey or mushrooms... But that meal is cleverly made to make me eat both and want more. My SO loves the breakfast bowls in house. I'm a sucker for the open-air space. I take people to RightMealz for the food, ambiance, and for the hospitality. Overall, it was solid--sauce had good flavor, cheese was decent, and the dough was nice. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely a respectable slice. My only issue was the balance--there was a bit too much cheese for the crust, so even folding it New York-style, it didn't hold up well and kind of fell apart. A little more crisp on the bottom would've made a big difference. I also tried their Sicilian grandma-style focaccia pizza, and honestly, that was a huge letdown. It had this dusty, raw flour taste right away, was dry and spongy, and way overpowered with Parmesan. It just didn't come together at all--pretty disappointing, especially for the price. I've had frozen pizza that tasted better. Ended up just picking at the cheese to salvage something. On the plus side, the service was friendly and the space itself is chill--nice casual vibe with a few tables inside and outside to hang out. All in all, the regular slice was decent, but the focaccia pizza really missed the mark for me. Probably not a spot I'd go back to.

I think it is way too doughy compared to typical focaccia. I like my focaccia airy, with some bounce. This one was like a dense bread. Definitely not my forte for having focaccia. You're able to see in my attached photo just how thick and dense it looks. The salmon bowl itself was pretty refreshing. I think the dresssingggg was perfectly tailored to the bowl. The rice and sweet potatoes were perfect! Absolutely a nice bed made for the salmon to lay on. I tried the Shirley temple it's way too sweet, more grenadine than anythang. I just optd for half unsweetened tea & half of their lemonade. It was average. The cranberry cookie was pretty good! Not something I usually lean towards but I was wowd to taste how good it was. Cranberry gave it that nice kick of tang on your tongue. Service was friendly, I ordered through the kiosk screen. It's clean inside and in the restroom as well. Plenty of parking in the plaza.
