They deliver to my local coffee shops and my favorite coffee shop bakery. The prices are higher than most pastries but they're worth a try. The unusual flavor combinations are what attracts me. I rarely ever saw Rhubarb Scones and these are delicious. First they had a traditional scone shape but the last ones I purchased were round scones. Some other flavors are Oat Cherry Corn Scone. Yeah three tastes in one scone! Apple Cheddar is an interesting combination. I like the Chocolate Chip and Blueberry too. The dough is very flavorful. The scones and rolls taste great heated in the toaster oven in the morning. If you are near a Colson patisserie I recommend you try the pastry. Otherwise do as I do and find them at your local bakery or coffee shop! Ask the employees who supplies their pastries. Twice recently I've been told Colson Bakery.
