That stuff can waft over to someone and set off an allergic reaction, it can get into food/drinks, and the chemical smell that lingered was not great for a higher-end restaurant. On the other hand, it was a clean restaurant! We got shrimp cocktail (they charge by the piece). It didn't come with the standard cocktail sauce - not sure what it was - maybe vinegar-based(?), but it was just OK - my friend didn't like the sauce at all but we thought the shrimp was good. We each ordered haddock with green beans and mashed potatoes. The haddock was nicely prepared with breadcrumbs on top and cooked such that it was still flaky, moist, and had a nice light flavor. Mashed potatoes were good (as other reviewers have noted), and the green beans were ok - maybe a bit undercooked. The team accommodated my friend's nut allergy by leaving off the almonds, which we appreciate! I didn't love the tomato confit but it wasn't bad. We ordered small and got a muffin and lemon poppyseed bread slice and two cold brew coffees. We technically ordered for there so they served them on sturdy plates. For your cold brews and regular coffees, they had a coffee-condiment station - ie creamers, oat milk, sugars, etc. plus silverware, napkins, etc. and the cleanup bins for when you are done with you meals.
