Upon driving up we were once again greeted by a friendly person that asked us for our name. He told us that our order wasn't ready and asked us to move up slightly. We did that and waited a few minutes. He eventually brought us our order and we were off. Overall the ordering and the pickup process in the drive thru was quick and easy. He welcomed us with such genuine friendliness--asking how our evening was going and engaging with such natural enthusiasm. It may sound simple, but it truly made a difference. His energy was contagious and made the whole experience enjoyable before we even placed our order. When we got to the window and met him in person, he was just as wonderful--super charming, personable, and kind. You can tell he either genuinely loves what he does or, at the very least, takes great pride in creating a positive experience for others. Either way, it shows. Bailey is the kind of person other employees could learn from. His attitude, warmth, and professionalism really stood out.
