I didn't go inside the restaurant with him so I don't know how the service was or what the ambiance was like. I ordered the Turkey and Provolone Sandwich on Gluten Free Bread. I got it with lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, and mustard. The sandwich was decent. I've had Jersey Mike's at many different locations and this time the sandwich was okay. The Gluten Free Bread didn't fall apart and was able to hold all of the ingredients and I liked that they packed the sandwich with Turkey. Some fancy, others aren't. As others have noted plenty of staff to help when ordering. This usually happens in the first few weeks and then vanish back to corporate headquarters. Last few weeks I've been craving a Philly Cheesesteak and JM's delivered a decent offering. I did notice the mushrooms and jalapenos were carefully portioned out on my #56. I was mildly hesitant to go here because of all my experiences previously with Jersey Mike's from where we're from originally (Orlando, Fl) but I have to say this place was on point. Very friendly staff, the portions were NOT skimped. I'm normally not a sub place person, because if you go to Subway it's a sprinkle of lettuce, and 6 placed pickles, but I was super impressed that I never once had to ask for a "little more." It is pricey, my husband, and I got two giant versions of subs to eat of while we unpacked in our new apartment, and with two bags of chips without drinks was 30 bucks, and some change. I have been to this store 3 separate times around lunch. Ranging from busy with 11 people. To busy with 2 people. Each time the little guy making sandwiches with glasses was rude. He Looks like he wants to be anywhere else but at work. The short stocky guy with a beard is way to friendly and dosen't seem to help when there is a rush of customers. The manger seemed friendly but kind of rude to a customer when he was asked if they accept coupons. The food IS tasty but the service blows. Go see for yourself read more
