We drove up to the drive thru and were greeted by a friendly person who happily placed our order and took our name and payment. We then drove up to the pickup window. Upon driving up we were once again greeted by a friendly person that asked us for our name. He told us that our order wasn't ready and asked us to move up slightly. We did that and waited a few minutes. He eventually brought us our order and we were off. Overall the ordering and the pickup process in the drive thru was quick and easy. Getting our Milkshakes and Frosted Lemonade was a positive experience and my family enjoyed their cold sweet treats.
