I ordered 3 sandwiches online for pickup. My receipt stated that the sandwiches would be ready at 7:29pm. I arrived at the location on FM 1626 in Kyle at 7:25 pm. The building was locked even though the hours posted state that they close at 8 pm. The one employee that I found had been instructed to close at 7 pm - even though online orders were still being taken. So I'm a little different than most Which Wich customers. I seldom--if ever--get a sandwich. I come here for their salads. The location is easy to access from FM 1626 with adequate parking. The location adjoins a convenience store and shares bathrooms with the c-store. The salads are about the same as I've experienced at other Which Wish locations. The one thing I've noticed about this location is there's a little less emphasis on presentation, so you might wind up scraping your avocado off the lid of the bowl. If you're coming here for a Which Wich shake, know that, as of my last visit, their blenders had been down for almost two months. Where they excel is that their staff is super-friendly, and will often bring your food out to you if you're dining in. Although it's a small Which Wich and calling names is no challenge I find that's a nice touch. About 3.5 stars and recommended if you're in the area and want a healthy salad. read more

I'm going to start with my mantra: The test of a good sandwich place is their Tuna. I have identified Wich Wich has 110%, hands down, the worst Tuna Sandwich offering of all sandwich places in the history of fast food style sandwich shops. Jersey Mike's is magnificent. Firehouse is better. Subway's is better. Subway actually turned me on to ordering tuna at a sandwich place. I was scared of ordering tuna at a place before Subway had a tuna deal on a Thursday or whatever many moons ago. They got me hooked. From there, I knew that a tuna sandwich was the make or break of a sandwich place. Wich Wich's tuna is fishy with a terrible Mayo to tuna ratio (little to no Mayo). Tastes like copper and hot fishy garbage. It was so horrific that it had to be thrown out (and I'll usually finish anything you put in front of me). The tuna is legitimately inedible. That said, their other sandwiches are considerably good. The turkey is good, chicken is decent, etc. But I wanted to wait to review Wich Wich til I had it a few times and definitely wanted to wait until I had the tuna. I was almost certain that the tuna would solidify at least a 4 but a bad tuna sandwich is completely unforgivable. And the fact that it was so bad that a guy like me threw it out? A garbage disposal of a man... wasting food. Wasting money. Saying "no" to a sandwich? Inexcusable. Respect the tuna, Wich Wich. It may not be the best seller but that doesn't mean you treat it the way you did. You don't have the history Subway has, you don't have the clout Jersey Mike's has. You haven't proven yourself. Your brand wasn't in Happy Gilmore like Subway.You don't cut your meats fresh in front of the customer and offer up the most refreshing sandwiches like Jersey Mike's. You have nothing. So you have to work harder to prove yourselves. And sloppy tuna is not going to cut it. After that there's no turning back. Philly cheese sandwich was missing the cheese, ordered 2 drinks both were missing, 2 other sandwiches were missing flavor and it's, sandwiches were cold, possibly due to Uber eats, when called the restaurant they seemed clueless as to Uber eats. It's not a huge deal but there was 3 people working and my sandwich appeared to be the only order being filled at the time, there was no other customers in the store. There were some papers to fill out the order I wasn't familiar with that procedure. after Browsing The menu, walked to the counter To place my order. I was then told I needed to fill out my request, on the menu with some markers or pencils in the cup holder. Not very sanitary. Filled out the paper And handed it to the cashier. After the employee made the sandwich I asked for the chips. There wasn't Very much to choose from. Mostly barbecue and chili chips. I was told it was Monday whatever that meant. After eating the sandwich and the chips, Half an hour later i Felt sick to my stomach. Is the only thing I had eaten to that point. Recommendation is that this restaurant be inspected.
