From the moment we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, we were greeted by "Bailey", and he was absolutely outstanding!! He welcomed us with such genuine friendliness--asking how our evening was going and engaging with such natural enthusiasm. It may sound simple, but it truly made a difference. His energy was contagious and made the whole experience enjoyable before we even placed our order. When we got to the window and met him in person, he was just as wonderful--super charming, personable, and kind. You can tell he either genuinely loves what he does or, at the very least, takes great pride in creating a positive experience for others. Either way, it shows. Bailey is the kind of person other employees could learn from. His attitude, warmth, and professionalism really stood out. Honestly, I believe this is just a stepping stone for him--his personality alone will take him far, and I have no doubt he has a very bright future ahead.
