The family and I just had an amazing meal. Sashimi, several Maki rolls and fried cheese cake at the end of the this was an amazing find.

I always enjoy happy hour or pop hour where maki rolls are $9 and nigiri are $8. The toro is next level! Service fantastic and the staff is approachable and friendly. Artwork is original and music is pop lounge and super upbeat and chill.

I love Pop Sushi! Incredible menu, great happy hour, & good service. I tell all my out of town friends and clients to go there because the ambiance is just perfect. I'd recommend getting a reservation because they are typically busy due to their popular demand!

Shoyu Ramen. Very tasty, I just wish the noodles are cooked a tad bit longer.
    Izzy G.

So I initially only wanted 1 appetizer with a bowl of ramen. I was speaking out loud about things I wanted and apparently the lady thought that was my entire order. No big deal, the prices were reasonable which is why I didn't catch my attention. But the food was very tasty and I'm glad that the mistake happened. The place was absolutely packed, as with most of Durango that weekend. All the food was well-cooked and delicious, the only thing I would have improved upon was cooking the noodles a little bit longer. Steamed buns with pork belly was my favorite appetizer. Takoyaki and egg rolls are also delicious. If I was in the area craving Japanese food I would think about coming here again.

The staff was over-the-top friendly, the kind of team that makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. Not every place gets hospitality right, but these guys absolutely do. I ordered the Cuban, and it surprised me in the best way. They use BBQ in the sandwich, so it's a different take than the traditional style -- but it was incredibly tasty. I liked it so much I ordered a Philly cheesesteak to go, and that didn't disappoint either. Make sure you try the craft cocktails. They do flavors well -- thoughtful, balanced, and creative without being over the top. You can't go wrong trying a few. The atmosphere is friendly, warm, and easy to settle into. I'll always come back to this place when I'm in Durango. Honestly, I could see myself becoming a regular if I lived here. Great food, great drinks, even better people. Highly recommend

The wait for a table was a bit longer than I expected, but once I sat down, the food more than made up for it. I started with the Baked Meatball Grinder as an appetizer. The meatball itself was tender and flavorful, but the baguette was on the tougher side, which made it a little hard to bite into. Still, the taste of the meatball carried the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Bolognese with Salmon as my protein, and this ended up being the highlight of the meal. The pasta was cooked just right, the salmon was perfectly prepared, and the wagyu beef sauce tied everything together beautifully. Honestly, if I was not so full, I could have easily gone for another plate. Overall, this place is a good choice in Durango if you are in the mood for hearty Italian comfort food. The venture started on a cold and snowy day in Wichita, Kansas. I wanted to schedule a trip for myself and my three sons, so I began to look at traveling to Costa Rica. The trip soon expanded and included two of my childhood friends who brought their sons. Eight people went on the trip. As I searched the Internet, I came across Daniel Ross' business-scheduling trips to Costa Rica. His internet sites are: Jacobeachvacations.com; gofishing.com and bachelorpartybaycr.com. We wanted a day of fishing and other activities such as surfing and touring on ATVs. After I told Dan what we wanted, he masterfully arranged the entire trip, including transportation from, and to, the airport. We elected to have to meals provided for us. Each meal was absolutely superb. All of Dan's group was so nice, polite, and helpful. Before I booked the trip with Daniel, I did a Google search of his name and the AI portion connected Daniel to the business that he actually runs plus a used car business that he has nothing to do with. Because of the AI report, I had serious concerns about dealing with him. After talking to Daniel, I discovered that there was no concern. I am thankful that I trusted my instincts, and not the AI portion of Google, because he gave us a trip of a lifetime. I have absolutely no concerns about dealing with Daniel's group or recommending that others use his services. I've traveled a lot during my life and the whole trip was well-planned by Daniel and just fantastic. There were no hiccups or problems with the trip. Thank you Dan and your fantastic crew for providing a bucket list trip at an affordable price.
