Visit 3: Same story - desk unmanned, no help available. We were finally able to get help on our fourth visit, but the repeated trips were frustrating and time-consuming. I understand staff need lunch breaks and training is important, but there should be coverage for specialized departments like windows, especially during regular business hours. It's unreasonable to expect customers to make multiple trips hoping someone will be available. I'm not sure if this is a staffing shortage issue, but Home Depot needs to ensure they have adequate staff to support customer needs, particularly in departments that require expertise and consultation.

I did going expecting it would have a better selection of lumber at better prices than Home Depot. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They had a lot of wood suitable for construction but not for woodworking. They really had only one type of plywood with any kind of nice surface. Mostly have OSB, CDX, and only one type with a sanded finish. And that was almost $10 more per sheet than what I could get at Home Depot. No Birch or other quality plywood ether. I did purchase about 4 sheets just to check them and then went to Home Depot and got the remaining 11 sheets I needed. It was less expensive and there was significantly more choice for plywood other than OSB, CDS, etc.
