Swallowtail butterfly. Not for sale

Went to Lowe's to look for rope. I really like their selection of both poly-synthetic and natural rope. Getting the rope I needed was simple. They have bundles or cut-to-length methods. It was good value - I got my 50 feet of rope for a quest I am doing for a good price. Service at the checkout was very nice.

Came here looking to buy a pressure washer after doing some research on line I found Lowe's had the brand and best price "even better than that huge online market place, yes that one. ;-)" The inside is very organized and I found the employees were very helpful. "Great customer service" This location is located about 12 miles from my house but was definitely worth the drive.

I appreciate Lowe's Home Improvement since it's close to my neighborhood! I find that the customer service is better than the "other" brand store. It's better organized or just the signage to find things are good. They have a good selection to choose from. The returns are pretty easy as long as you have your receipt.

Everything, from placing an order, to delivery, to dealing with young inexperienced and indifferent staff, the list goes on.

Selection: had in stock what others didn't. Service: Easy to find a clerk, and when you do, they're quite helpful.

I waited for help for about 10 minutes, and then some more. Rude staff. There is no respect for customers at all.

We've bought simpler plants like lavender plants as well as a Japanese maple. They have a frequent shopper account that you can accumulate rewards for too. The one thing that's nice is they have a plant guarantee where you can get reimbursed for a plant that doesn't make it, which is great if you don't have a really green thumb. We did use that once for a smaller/cheaper plant and it was no problem. Luckily, the pricier tree has done well. Service is always friendly and responsive. They can recommend suitable plants that fit certain sunlight or water requirements that you might have. Prices are higher than non-nurseries like hardware stores, but the plant quality seems overall higher and the survival guarantee of course is worth a fair amount if you're more of a beginner gardener like us.

I've been a loyal customer of Plant Lush since February 2023, when I first discovered their…read moreoriginal spot on Santa Clara Street in downtown San Jose--thanks to my husband, who suggested we check it out. From that very first visit, this place stood out--not just for its beautiful selection of plants, but for the incredible knowledge and care behind it. Mercedes is truly the heart of Plant Lush. She has always been so generous with her expertise, whether I'm picking out a new plant or trying to troubleshoot something at home. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion makes all the difference. When Mercedes moved the shop to a larger location in Willow Glen, I didn't hesitate to follow--and I'm so glad I did. The new space is even more inviting and has room for even more variety and creativity. One of my favorite memories here was celebrating my 40th birthday at the shop. Mercedes hosted a terrarium-making party for me and about 20 of my family and friends, and it was such a special experience. Everything was thoughtfully organized, fun, and completely unique--everyone left with something they made and loved. Plant Lush isn't just a plant store, it's a community space filled with warmth, creativity, and care. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just getting started.

After spending almost 30 minutes walking around trying to find some plants to purchase using a gift…read morecard I received a few Christmases ago, I was informed at the register that due to their system they were unable to redeem my gift card. It really seemed like the person helping me didn't know really want to help me redeem it, which was disappointing. Telling me to get in touch with the person who gave me the gift card to make them resend me the gift card just puts up a barrier to make me purchase that likely means I won't come back. Also I'm pretty sure it's illegal to decline a valid gift card with no expiration date in California. It's the burden of the business owner to keep good gift card records, not the customer. Update after previous review on another platform: What a disappointing reply from the owner of this business. Rose was literally standing right next to me, who did you think that girl was? We would've happily produced ID if asked for it, but I don't think that was the concern since we weren't asked. The "printed piece of paper" is clearly a plant themed paper gift certificate. Not that uncommon for a small business and it's been in my wallet for the last few christmases since I haven't gotten around to this, clearly for good reason. I own a business, that sells gift cards, if a customer has a gift card to redeem and I'm having trouble finding it/redeeming it, then the burden is on ME, not on the customer. The goal of any business is to lower barriers to purchase, not raise them. What if the person who gave me the gift card died? What if I don't talk to them anymore? What if they deleted their email with the receipt? There are so many scenarios in which it shouldn't be the burden of the customer to find the solution, it's on the business to do so. Mind you, the store was not busy, we were the only people in the store at the time. It felt in the moment, as it does right now, that the owner simply wanted us to leave as opposed to actually helping us redeem the gift card. The lack of customer service is astounding.

We saw that this was the season, until the end of May. Once you drive in where the sign is there, there is parking near the front and overflow parking around the back. It seems like a huge area, but there are Iris plants all over, and once you start from one side, you lose track of time till you get to the end. There were other families and couples just enjoying the space and looking at the different type of Iris plants that were there. There were some folks getting photoshoots taken too! The people have done so well with the place, with signs for each one, the flowers so neatly organized with benches and paths everywhere. They even have coffee out and sign up lists to be notified of the bloom season for the following year. We came to the latter part of the bloom season where the flowers were withering, so I can't imagine how nice it would be in at the start of full bloom. Now we know what we are going to target next year! Major kudos to the farm for doing such a great job with the place and making it accessible to the whole community to share their love for these flowers.

The dirt pathways are lined with endless rows of these beautiful flowers. I also saw some cute animal sculptures placed within the garden, and even some real animals on site (cats, horses, etc.). There are various options for seating and tables to enjoy a meal in this charming outdoor setting. And 1-2 small parking lots make it convenient to visit. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to stop by on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in May, sunshine mixed with a cool breeze, and just a handful of visitors so it didn't feel too crowded. And with peak bloom starting this weekend, how perfect for Mother's Day! A unique experience for sure, and free.

While I can't speak to some of the other planes, the selection of Japanese maples here is amazing. I will say that the pricing is a bit on the higher side (think $200-400 for a maple), but the plants are in good condition and good quality. This is a self serve nursery, so don't expect much in terms of service or help -- but if you know what you're looking for or just want to browse the selection, it's a great place.
