We don't care about scratch and dent because we have kids calendars and magnets all over the refrigerator anyway. I was able to get a fridge at half the cost of what I was expecting to pay , with delivery taxes and take away my old fridge included in that price! They delivered my refrigerator and even took away my old one. They're very communicative about when they would be there to deliver at the time of purchase and even on the day of to update me on the timeframe and when they were 15 minutes away! Freddy and his partner (I unfortunately did not get his name) we're punctual, polite and very careful with the fridge and my walls! They took care to place the refrigerator where I wanted it to and even did the initial set up for me! I even received a follow up text a few days later to see how everything was and how we liked our refrigerator! I absolutely love it, and I love the excellent and genuine Customer Service! I almost forgot to add how easy it was to pay for the refrigerator! Everything was done via phone. I had another great experience at Infinite Appliance. I needed to replace our Frigidaire fridge. I did not want another Frigidaire. They had Samsung and LG brands along with Frigidaire and Bosch. Many of them have slight scratches and some dents. The manager and her assistant are there to answer your questions. All the units are fully functional with maybe some minor cosmetic damage and the prices can't be beat! I am so pleased with Infiniti Appliance. This is my third purchase. I was unhappy with delayed delivery of my LG washer I purchased from Costco. I called Rafael who had helped me before and whose advice I trusted. He informed me that they carried LG open box washers and dryers among many other new appliances. Rafael patiently worked with me as I weighed my options of waiting further for a Costco delivery or purchasing an LG washer form Infiniti Appliance. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and I decided to cancel my Costco order and purchase not only an LG washer, but a LG dryer as well. The transaction and delivery went smoothly. I also purchased a two year warranty to make my purchase equivalent to what I would have received from Costco. All total, I save $248 over what I would have paid for the identical set from Costco. The cosmetic freight damage that made it impossible to sell in a normal retail store was hidden and irrelevant to my situation. And staff knew the oven was new and in perfect condition.
