Jorge helped us assisted us with selecting our quartz countertop for our bathroom remodel and the results were well worthwhile! Appreciate that Jorge kept in touch with us on the estimated arrival date of our order, and double checked details with us such as the bullnose location to ensure that everything was expected. Look forward to working with APEX again for my future countertop needs! read more

Carolina is the woman to know at Apex Marble! Carolina made it happen for replacement of our kitchen counter and then we did our primary bath - she's that good! Repeat business speaks for itself! I've worked with Apex for a few projects over the years and we just finished our biggest project with them. Carolina helped us pick the right material, figure out the timing, delivery, fabricator, and helped all along the way. She also helped us get extra tiles when I cracked a few. I've been super happy with Apex and Carolina has been very supportive during our project. read more

The staff is flat out unapproachable . I liked the products but can't work w the staff so has to go somewhere else

We were looking for unique slabs for our project. Michelle and Lauren were wonderful. They made sure that the slabs we wanted to look at were spread out in a book match pattern for us to see, they pointed out imperfections in slabs we considered to buy, shipped it directly to our fabricator and gave us good pricing. They were super nice and easy to work with. Great overall experience! read more

I was looking for a piece of blue marble stone for my sink. After checking its neighbor places, where there's few marbles, I almost lost hope. This place has a large variation of marble pieces and other materials as well. Huge storage places where you can choose the piece yourself. The customer service is also good - Jorge helped me choose the piece, very honestly point out which piece is better, shared fabrication knowledge. Most importantly I really like the final price - a great marble piece cheaper than my expectations. A good place to check if you're looking for good slab. I personally will for sure check this place first for my next project. read more

We finally have our dream kitchen thanks to Chelsea at Apex Marble! We had researched natural quartzite before pulling the trigger on our kitchen remodel. We chose it specifically because it is heat and stain resistant. We could not find exactly what we were looking for at other places until we met Chelsea at Apex. She was so patient with us over the long process. We changed our minds a thousand times but she always assured us by telling us to take our time until everything was exactly perfect. We ended up buying everything at Apex: tile flooring, 3 slabs of quartzite, backsplash, and the inset tile behind our stove. We have received so many compliments and everything is so perfect and easy to maintain. The prices at Apex are surprisingly low without having to compromise on quality! We couldn't be happier! read more

Wow, such a junk service. My sales man was Amit who is replacing Chelsea. I was asking for a Cambria slabs quote. First he overcharged me, then he was pushing me to place an order without estimated delivery time in the quote. When I asked him to add delivery time to the quote he started manipulating saying that I need to place order urgently or delivery time will be longer than he just told me, totally ignoring my request. Addressing this rate to his manager Raj, educate your sales person that pushing, manipulating and overpricing your customer is not a good start in sales career! read more

We needed to purchase a countertop for our DIY island, apex had beautiful quartz options and affordable pricing. There is a discount for cash / check! The install was quick (1 week to measure, 1 week to cut and install), so it was a pretty fair turnaround and they were great with answering a lot of questions for my first time doing a home reno project! Shoutout to Chelsea, super bubbly and great energy / support!! read more

Very happy with the quartz countertops we picked out at Apex marble and the service provided by Sasha! She was very courteous, helped us with the quartz selection and even assisted with the quantity estimation based on the cabinet drawing/plans. ==Product== We picked out the Silestone Calacatta Gold quartz and got quoted a very competitive price as well. Very happy with the finish and quality of the stone especially on the island which is the centerpiece for the kitchen. Picked out jumbo slabs and used them in the kitchen & bathroom. We also picked out shower pan from Apex marbles that turned out great too! ==Service== The ordering process was smooth with timely updates on the availability of the items. Sasha also helped work with the suppliers to give additional information/pictures of a product we were interested in. read more

Dear Apex Marble I want to let you know you got a superstar, when you hired Adriana Palomo!! I was her client from her former Employer and she was able to get a tile that I was told I couldn't get for months, holding up my bathroom project. She was on top of my order and stayed in constant contact getting me the tiles two months ahead of when the competitors told me they would get it. My project is complete and beautiful thanks to her. She also made some grout suggestions that elevated my look. I will have future projects coming up and will for sure be using her. Her customer service is without a doubt superior. This place has the nicest quartzite slabs! When we walked into the facility, Jorge greeted us right away and was very helpful with everything. He made our experience really nice and fun. However, the "warehouse manager" (unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he has a fitted hat on most of the time.) he was extremely rude. He is the one who drives the forklift and transfers the slabs around. When he was helping us move the slabs so I can choose which one I wanted, he did not seem happy to do so and was so impatient. Someone needs to show him proper customer service. I don't even know how he became the warehouse manager???? Jorge should be the manager If anything. He was helpful, prompt, and professional! Anyways we didn't have a good experience with the guy on both occasions. I feel really bad I had to remove one star, but this needs to be addressed so he can hopefully improve his customer service skills. Thank you apex marble. We will return in the near future :) read more

Adriana has been immensely helpful to us in choosing countertops and backsplashes. I came in stressed and uncertain after visiting other vendors. Adriana walked us through choices, listened to our needs, led us through options, and, ultimately, we decided to buy other products through Adriana because we had such confidence and comfort working with her. We've made some changes to our order along the way and she has been patient and warm with us through it all, and has handled the changes quickly and efficiently. Apex has stunning and varied products to choose from and, with Adriana on board to help find the right options for us, we feel like we struck gold! Thank you Apex and thank you, especially, to Adriana! read more

Really impressive showroom of all different slabs. They keep things very clean and are helpful on the floor with questions. We appreciated that because there are so many choices. You think you know what you want, but see something so nice you can't decide! Clean, good pricing and helpful salespeople. I'd come back here for my slab when my permit goes through. read more

I can't s ay enough about Apex Marble... Their selection, their installers... but what made this EXPERIENCE even better than ANYTHING was Chelsea!!! I feel this place should be called Chelsea's Apex Marble!! Her kindness, openness, knowledge on various stones, our likes/preferences, social skills, really CARING for her customers (not just us, but I noticed this with others too) was just beyond IMPRESSIVE!! Deciding ANYTHING that's going to be 'set in stone' - as the saying goes - is always a nerve racking experience, but thanks to Chelsea, we were SOLD (like a water well standing in the middle of a desert). We went to a lot of places before hitting up Apex Marble - but for us - Chelsea sealed the deal with her kindness, professionalism and sincere spirit. read more

I had a great experience with Alex. Raj had initially helped us figure out slab details and the quantity needed. He was open and transparent about pricing and gave a competitive offer. We got more help with matching tile and going over details with the woman at the front desk (wish I remembered her name). She is the sweetest and always made sure I was taken of. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them in the future. read more

I just completed my kitchen remodel and I couldn't be happier with the final result. After visiting several Marble and Tile providers I chose Apex Marble to purchase countertop and backsplash materials as they had a great selection of materials which were displayed in an organized and very viewable manner. Chelsea was my sales representative and she did a marvelous job of explaining pro's and con's of different materials. After deciding on quartz, she guided me through the warehouse to ensure I could view all available product. The countertop was a fairly easy decision but matching the backsplash was a decorating challenge. Upon describing my vision of the desired backsplash Chelsea eagerly researched my options, offered suggestions and ordered samples as required. I was having difficulties making my selection so Chelsea continued to research options. Ultimately she found the perfect product that truly complimented the countertop and gave it a cohesive look. I would highly recommend Apex Marble, San Jose and Chelsea as the sales representative! read more

Excellent selection of countertops at good prices in addition to professional installation service. They have an incredibly large warehouse with many countertop types to choose from. Chelsea helped my wife and I to select a countertop and it looks amazing. She is very knowledgeable on the attributes of different natural and synthetic materials. We selected a beautiful looking granite and I thought it was going to be super expensive but it was very reasonable. We also went with their installation service and they did a fantastic job. All the seams were perfectly fused together and perfectly smooth to the touch. The pictures will do better than my description. They were clean, friendly, professional, and only took 4 hours to install it completely. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use Apex again. read more

Chelsea was wonderful to work with! We did a complete remodel of our house and we were looking for granite countertops for the kitchen and shower walls in the master bath. Went and looked at a few other places and we always ended up back to Apex Marble, primarily because of their pricing wasn't outrageous as others were .... and the wonderful customer service by Chelsea. I understand that businesses are operating a bit different because of COVID, but I came here with my wife on a Friday morning and there was only 1 customer throughout the whole store/showroom and at least 4 employees. None of the employees acknowledged/greeted us as we walked in and 2 were too busy on a bench talking. When I approached the 2 on the bench to ask for help, 1 walKed away and the other wasn't too happy I broke up their conversation. When I asked about more info on a slab, he was quick and short on his answers as if he needed to be somewhere. After that, I didn't even bother to stay and look more. Clearly, this place wasn't interested in providing customer service and I'm not giving money to a business that operates like that. This place didn't have a good selection of slabs anyway. You're better of elsewhere. Looking for slabs? Go to Bedrosians, Carmel Stone Imports or All Natural Stone instead. read more

Best selection of slabs in the Bay Area with super knowledgeable staff. Raj helped me find the right stone for my kitchen (eclipse granite) and gave me an excellent price compared to other stone yards! I will definitely be back for my next project. I also HIGHLY recommend Francisco Morales for fabrication and install. He works directly with Apex and had my stone fabricated and installed in five days for a great price! This was for ~90sqft of granite with some complicated cuts. Experienced, professional and also an all-around nice guy. read more
