This place has a large variation of marble pieces and other materials as well. Huge storage places where you can choose the piece yourself. Wow, such a junk service. My sales man was Amit who is replacing Chelsea. I was asking for a Cambria slabs quote. First he overcharged me, then he was pushing me to place an order without estimated delivery time in the quote. When I asked him to add delivery time to the quote he started manipulating saying that I need to place order urgently or delivery time will be longer than he just told me, totally ignoring my request. Addressing this rate to his manager Raj, educate your sales person that pushing, manipulating and overpricing your customer is not a good start in sales career! read more

This place has the nicest quartzite slabs! When we walked into the facility, Jorge greeted us right away and was very helpful with everything. He made our experience really nice and fun. However, the "warehouse manager" (unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he has a fitted hat on most of the time.) he was extremely rude. He is the one who drives the forklift and transfers the slabs around. When he was helping us move the slabs so I can choose which one I wanted, he did not seem happy to do so and was so impatient. Someone needs to show him proper customer service. I don't even know how he became the warehouse manager???? Jorge should be the manager If anything. He was helpful, prompt, and professional! Anyways we didn't have a good experience with the guy on both occasions. I feel really bad I had to remove one star, but this needs to be addressed so he can hopefully improve his customer service skills. Thank you apex marble. Chelsea helped my wife and I to select a countertop and it looks amazing. She is very knowledgeable on the attributes of different natural and synthetic materials. Never mind. Apex called us several months after the installation and wanted to charge us $1,150 more for more complicated work or something. We paid the entire balance before the installation and there was zero communications about incremental charges throughout the entire process. With this kind of logic and practice, Apex can just invent new charges and bill us whenever they want. Also, we purchased 2 slabs for approximately $3,000 each. Half of the slab was unused from this job. I checked several times with Apex whether we can have the remaining slab that we paid for. No response. Complete silence. read more

I understand that businesses are operating a bit different because of COVID, but I came here with my wife on a Friday morning and there was only 1 customer throughout the whole store/showroom and at least 4 employees. None of the employees acknowledged/greeted us as we walked in and 2 were too busy on a bench talking. When I approached the 2 on the bench to ask for help, 1 walKed away and the other wasn't too happy I broke up their conversation. When I asked about more info on a slab, he was quick and short on his answers as if he needed to be somewhere. After that, I didn't even bother to stay and look more. Clearly, this place wasn't interested in providing customer service and I'm not giving money to a business that operates like that. This place didn't have a good selection of slabs anyway.
