The installer gave me expert advice for crafting the edge and the installation is perfect. Layout was done with an artistic eye thanks to them. Did I mention they completed my counters well ahead of schedule? This was by far the easiest and most expert part of my kitchen renovation. We came in to speak to someone about a crack on our counter. I have to say that we were very happy with the install and help of their installers. BUT after owning it for 4 years we saw a crack that is an about 16 inches long on the surface. We met with and tried to explain what we were experiencing, not to complain about the craftsmanship or quality of their quartzite but to look for solitons to see what we can do about the crack. We were just met with nastiness and blame on how we probably stood on top of it, or that how our house settled, or that we somehow damaged it ourselves. Again we were not looking to blame or shame them, just someone to come out to take a look at give us options. We showed Nico pictures and he insisted we had to take different ones in which we did and he said he will send someone out to take a look.. no one ever came and he was nasty wirh us throughout the entire process. Its really sad because we paid over $10k for the stone and install. Theses guys do not take responsibility for anythjng and will shame you for even asking. BEWARE!!!! read more

I went with Marble Creations due to the fact that they had mastered the mitered edges on Island and countertops according to the owner who showed me around the showroom. I went with a 3" edge on the island (displayed in showroom) and 2" on the counter tops. I was also able to find two beautiful slabs of Quartzite to complete my dream kitchen which i went with because of the durability. Unfortunately less than 1 year in, the seams started failing and absorbing moisture. I reached out to them and was told the person that handles those kind of repairs was out on disability. So i was patient and continued to follow up. 3 or 4yrs in I have had the repair person out multiple times and he has attempted to repair but with no results and is now not returning my messages. I feel my expensive large Island and countertops are ruined and cannot be repaired as they have gone silent. Very disappointed. read more

Excellent job installing counter top and back spashes. Meticulous and professional work. I was hoping to install the back splash granite flush under my range hood and had installed the rangehood already. The company crew did not think that was good enough. They took time to uninstall my rangehood and installed the granite back splash all the way up to the upper cabinet. They also helped adjust the height of my stove so it sits even with the granite counter top. They went beyond their duty to do an excellent job and make the customer pleased. Owner Nick is extremely nice and offered good discount on the slabs. Manager Asham and his team are top notch. Their pricing is very competitive as we inquired 3 fabricators and slab suppliers. I was looking for a well established company that does quality work but that would also not charge an arm and a leg. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and decided to put granite everywhere including the back splash. My husband has done a kitchen with Marble creations before and was very satisfied so we decided to check them out first. We liked a couple of granite slabs and started negotiating on the price. The price of the granite is one part of the equation. The other is labor to install and cut the slabs. If you do both with them they will give you even a better deal. They also gave us little samples to take home to see how the granite will work in our kitchen because we cannot make up our mind between the 2 different colors. So we got the quote from them which was higher than the set budget. I decided to look somewhere else in search of a better price. I looked at a bunch of other places nearby the Marble creations. They either did not have the granite we like or they did not make me feel good about their installation services. I forgot to mention that other places made me draw my kitchen and they "approximated" the cost of installation and how many slabs we will need. Marble creations guys came in before they gave us a quote and measured everything so their quote was a lot more realistic than quotes based on my hand drawings. I finally found one place that made me feel good about their installation services and had a cheaper labor that I could afford but they did not have the granite I liked. I decided to go back to Marble creations and put it as is. Needless to say I could have saved all the trouble of spending my time looking elsewhere. They worked with us and we came to an agreement on the complete package granite and installation. Then it was done very fast and professional. They came and put the plywood on the cabinets, took all the measurements again and made templates for the granite. After that it took one week to cut the granite and make the edges. They came back even earlier than the set week time and installed the countertops first. The next day they came back with the backsplash. I need to admit their installers are saints. I am very curious by nature so I was checking out their every move and making suggestions. They have also rounded all the sharp corners for us since we have dogs and children at home at no additional cost. Those guys are masters they also cut around the light rail at the bottom of each wall cabinet. Looks great! I am very happy with my selection and the kitchen is a beauty. We used Marble Creations in 2006 and LOVED the work they did. Niko & staff spent a great of time helping us select our granite. The fabricators did a fabulous job and we we're very pleased with the workmanship. Fast forward to 2011...time to do the kitchen in our new house and luckily they had granite (perso avorio) that we fell in love with. Natalie spent a great deal of time, meeting with us several times, helping us select our granite. I was especially impressed they let me go down to select what portion of the granite they were going to cut (template). We purchased several slabs and they moved them around with a forklift so I could be sure to pick the prettiest for our pennisula. We purchased a beautiful quartz countertop which was the centerpiece of our remodel. The owner Niko said we were getting it at a steal but he would mark it sold and keep it safe for us until we picked it up. That proved to be false. Upon delivery of the countertop we received a totally different cheap piece of quartz. The pattern wasn't even close to the one we purchased as we had photos to prove it . When asked where our paid in full quartz countertop was he had nothing but excuses. (Didn't know, it was what we ordered, workers broke it, etc) Fortunately I had taken photos of the original slab we purchased so he had to admit they sent us an inferior piece. After lengthy conversations he did refund our money but now our remodel project has come to a screeching halt while we are now forced to find another countertop. Stay away from this business unless you take your purchase home with you the same day. read more

Unless you are willing to spend $50k, they will ignore you, will not return multiple calls, are not helpful, etc. Don't be fooled by the nice showroom and inventory, what's the use if they wont help or sell anything to you. My husband and I went to tons of different places before settling on marble creations. They have a huge selections of different slabs(showroom indoor and outdoor). All there slabs are very organized and laid out nicely which makes it easier to go thru and find what you are looking for. Angie was awesome about helping us find what we needed based upon the size of our kitchen cabinets. She was extremely patient with all my question asking and was very helpful. Also, the price was considerably low compared to some other places I had been and I feel like they had better quality granite and more to choose from. Their selection is very good and their prices are quite reasonable, but they are unfortunately some of the most difficult people I've ever dealt with. On a pretty regular basis, I'd barely get half a sentence out before they'd be brashly talking over me as if whatever I was about to say was clearly irrelevant or idiotic. In point of fact, it was neither, and ultimately, their failure to listen to what I was saying led to the final product being somewhat mis-cut. I spent an extremely long time agonizing over exactly which parts of the slab I wanted to use for two countertops. I marked off the segments I wanted to use with great precision and care. The two pieces were adjacent, but not exactly lined up: one was offset from the other by just a couple inches. This was entirely intentional, but I knew they would be tempted to just make one easier straight cut across the slab rather than to slightly stagger my pieces as I wanted. So I made a point of bringing them out to the slab, pointing out the offset, and trying to make sure they understood that it was carefully calculated and should not be ignored. As usual, I barely had half my words out before they were brushing me off with some kind of hollow assurance that "of course we understand what you want!". I was not at all sure that they did, and I tried again to clarify, but they were already walking away from me, being in too much of a hurry to give me another 20 seconds to elaborate. And in the end I was right... they cut the slab exactly as I feared they would: ignoring my offset and making one straight cut across. This cut misses some of the stone's features that I very much wanted to include, and conversely it includes some features that I wanted to avoid. But I'm stuck with it; it's not like the thing can be put back together and re-cut. So... if you use these guys, be prepared to either: 1. accept some compromises because they will do it "their way" independent of anything you say, or: 2. fight very aggressively to get it the way you want, and be prepared for them to act like you're an idiot for trying to explain anything to them I should add that none of the above applies to Angie at the front desk. In contrast, she's remarkably helpful and friendly. read more

Beware of these guys... they lie like crazy. Ask for a warranty in writing. We had countertops for our entire kitchen made out of granite by them, and they installed our new sink. They didn't bother to use silicon caulking around the sink, and the poor quality caulking they used fell apart within three years, causing water leaking into our new cabinets. In places where granite met granite, against the walls and sills, they used the same poor quality caulk. One of our granite to granite seams, isn't even, so the granite edge is chipping. They claim the caulking is routine maintenance, yet they don't know the single name of anyone who does this kind of maintenance repair. If you call in, they claim to warranty their work for ten years, but there isn't anything like that in the contract. Good luck, in dealing with these guys. read more

We had our entire kitchen done in granite with granite backsplash and granite bar in 2006 and then our master bath in onyx slabs on the countertop as well as in the shower. They told us our bathroom turned out to be one of the most beautiful installations they had ever done. We love their work and workmanship. The onyx was a most unusual pattern, it was hard to believe it came out of the earth! We did have the sealant dislodge after six years but we figured that was to be expected. We had them do granite for our kitchen in 2012. We picked a rather unique granite (temptation) with much white/quartz content that looks like marble and it turned out to not need sealing which is a nice bonus. The fit and finish is excellent with full back wall and mitered edging and nicely matched seems at corners. They are frank and take the time to explain clearly about what they can and can't do and do the finest work as agreed. They are true craftsmen and take personal pride in being top in their field. I had happened upon marble creations while waiting for my tires to be put on at a nearby tire store. What beautiful multitudes of gorgeous slabs of granite. I kept the place in mind for when we were ready to do a partial remodel of our kitchen. My husband wanted to get several estimates thinking maybe home depot or lowes would be the way to go,so....we got estimates at both before going to mc. The chain stores had very limited choices and nothing at all like mc and the price quotes were higher. The "designer" at home depot acted like she had better things to do than help us(different review). Getting to the point. These people were curtious, helpful and timely from coming out to measure and do templates and installed earlier than promised. The installers were great and did a flawless job. For the second time we returned back to Marble Creations. We were looking for a very unique countertops for our newly remodeled kitchen. They ordered us Natural Quartzite from Italia which is called Fusion Wow. The quality of the stone is phenomenal! The fabrication was also super! Niko, the owner, made us feel like a family and Asim, the person that took the template, suggested a beautiful style for fabrication and was there throughout the installation, was super nice and honest to work with. We were looking for granite for our new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. We went to several places and compared prices and service. Marble Creations won on both counts. We went back several times (since things kept changing) and Niko patiently went through options and gave us cost estimates. Our cabinets were not yet installed and most places wouldn't price it out until the cabinets were all in. However, Niko worked off our drawings and gave us a price for everything. When we were finally ready, Rafael came out and templated things and made a few suggestions/upgrades that were great. A week later, Rafael and team came and installed all our granite. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Most importantly, it looks fantastic! I kept thinking they would nickel and dime us and try to upsell everything, but they didn't. The price we were quoted they stood by and added a few features and even made us an extra backsplash we had missed. They clearly have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. We had the opposite experience. They were helpful- sold me a remnant, but when it came time to have it fabricated they broke the remnant. The employees initially lied about breaking it, and their story was that the remnant was not big enough. When the truth came out, Marble Creations found its solution in selling me a full slab of the same granite- but I did not need a full slab and I had paid for the remnant. Terrible service. Then they charged me double for the slab. This was horrible service. I am in the service business- a better solution would be to make it right by cutting the piece I need off of their other slab and keeping the rest for a remnant or small slab. I got my money back! I felt like they were dishonest, and had very poor customer service. I would recommend Bay Stone on Brokaw. Oh- one more thing...they charge extra if you use your credit card! read more

Because the kitchen is so important in our home, I really wanted something special that would stand out. However, I found that I have "Champagne taste on a Beer budget ". My husband and I thought that we could not afford the higher quality, designer slabs that Marble Creations offered so we wasted our time running around, just to get frustrated and disappointed. Finally we stopped by to take a look and as soon as we walked in, I felt like they were helping me make my dreams come true. First of all the quality of the materials really does show even to the untrained eye and the Mitered edge that they recommended makes the counter top look like a solid piece of art. The pricing is competitive but the end result is so far above the others that you really cannot compare them to anyone else.
