We had a undermount sink failure because previous granite installer didn't mount it correctly.Unfortunately, the granite had to be ripped out to replace the sink.I picked out Taj Mahl quartzite from All Natural Stone and Yolanda (she's awesome)recommend a few amazing fabricators and LA was one of them.I told her I wanted to use LA.(had a few conversations with them)She said they were great and I'll be very happy. They did our demo first and explained why the sink failed-bad materials/metal rods etc)All of the materials surrounding the sink was crumbly with wet rot so they put in new plywood. Orlando patiently went through templating with me.I appreciate the extra attention he gave my layout, the wavy pattern on my countertop flows seamlessly.High end job for sure! The counter install hit a snag because one section of cabinets flanking our stove was higher. They spent a great deal of time to level it.I think most fabricators would have either proceeded with the job,or demand I hire out a carpenter to fix. Initially was going to settle and use previous company I used to install my Silestone bathroom countertops ( Lito's Marble & Granite)Out of the 3 bids I rec'd theirs was crazy high. They insisted I had to have 3 slabs.Even after I pointed out the other 2 fabricator quotes said 2 slabs would be plenty. I recommend L&M for a high quality job, they are hardworking and HONEST. I'm so glad we went with LA Marble & Granite! Their attention to detail, patience, competitive pricing and just over all wonderful guys made this remodel PERFECT. Also happy they will hold on to our left over slab for a future project for us. Once our backsplash is in I'll add more pics. read more

I worked with Juan on my project. The customer service has been beyond fantastic! This company is highly professional and very detail-oriented to create the perfect, artistic, installation. I am a property manager, so I have worked with a lot of different installers over the years. I am grateful to have had this opportunity to discover such a wonderful company. Juan, Felix and the team will be my go to company going forward. They have all gone out of their way to help me with my project. They even picked up extra items of cabinetry that were at my quartz supply and brought them to the job for me as a courtesy. I cannot say enough about how much easier they have made my job by being so responsive and helpful. My heartfelt thanks to the team at FL Granite & Marble. read more

You're reading this because your doing due diligence looking for someone to install you counters. Read on, and then call them. Its been 6 months since I had my quartz counter top installed by Rolando, Orlando and team. Extremely impressed, the quality is excellent, communication excellent, installation was as painless compared to the other work on my remodeled kitchen and the price was quite reasonable.even They were prompt to respond, provided input on my design, helped me purchase the quartz, managed to use the leftover pieces to provide a backsplash for the stove (which was not in the orginal quote). They left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived for the final install and I got a beautiful counter top and island which I am extremely happy with. read more

I am an interior designer in San Francisco and Rolando and Orlando fabricated all of the countertops for my own house, but have also fabricated and installed custom furniture for my clients. The tabletop fabrication was giving me extreme anxiety as the bronze base was made in Australia and we were dependent on the furniture makers' template and LA Marble and Granite's expertise to make sure it came together. The end result was flawless. LA Marble and Granite are professional, easy to communicate with, produce exacting, exquisite work, are friendly and punctual. That is a combination often hard to find in this industry and working with them has been a joy. I would highly recommend them to clients and friends. read more

Beautiful Work, Conscientious & Knowledgeable. We just had our kitchen countertops re-done. And they did the demo, fabrication and install. First - they managed to demo the existing countertops without damage to the glass backsplash! They took their time and were very careful. The fabrication and install throughout the kitchen, was visually seamless across flat and angled surfaces: countertops, waterfall island and a long window sill with waterfall effect. We are so grateful for their attention to detail (they worked over 9 hours on install to get it just right!) and their honest work ethic. I was so happy with their work, I asked about replacing some of the backsplash with the countertop material - they actually advised me against it b/c it wouldn't look as well! Just honest, nice folks to work with. read more

LA Granite and Marble did an amazing job on our countertops and waterfall island. From the time Rolando came to the house and measured, cut the quartz and came to install was about 2 or so weeks. What I really appreciated was that he was a great communicator and would reach out to us with any questions, instead of making assumptions. Rolando is punctual, polite, and very friendly. He was so easy to work with and walked me through the process. On the installation day, they ended up staying much longer than expected because they're perfectionists. Got to love perfectionists because our countertops were flawless! Everyone who has come over have been in love with the amazing waterfall. He somehow miraculously was able to make all 3 pieces be continuous, so there's nothing awkward about the transition; in fact, you can't see where one piece ends and another piece starts. I would absolutely recommend LA Granite and Marble. Worth every penny. read more

Orlando, Rolando and team are the most responsive and professional contractors I have ever encountered. Not only do I have beautiful countertops but their craftsmanship is unmatched. Rolando and his whole team were wonderful to work with and did a beautiful job of crafting our kitchen countertops being very careful to use the best sections of our quartzite! While storing our slabs we were able to stop by and look at backsplash samples next to it and get their feedback on the best choice and to also select which cuts would be made where after the measure. And Rolando was very responsive! Once we were ready to have him do our to measure, he came very quickly and got our project under way. After the install he even came back to do some fine tuning adjustments to help us get everything just right. We are so happy with Rolando's work and his whole team (and thank you Orlando for all of the help too!). We cannot say enough how great Rolando and Orlando are at LA Marble and Granite. We visited their shop before the granite for our daughter's remodeled kitchen and they laid out the granite slabs with the templates they had made on their earlier visit to her home. They allowed us to confirm that the right parts were being used. Then when they came to install the granite they were professional craftsmen who spent over 5 hours installing my daughter's new granite counters to make sure they were perfect. We loved their work so much we are now asking them to install a tile backsplash in the kitchen. Their rates are reasonable, their work is excellent, their work ethic is admirable. They are friendly and work to please. I would not hesitate to recommend this business very highly. If we need further granite work we would think of going to no one else. read more

As a seasoned Interior Designer, I've worked with several slab fabricators over the years and I'm happy to say that Rolando and his team of craftsman are at the very top of my list of go-to fabricators for the last several years now. They've done nigh-end work for my client's homes and for my own. We've had some very complex transitions, edge details, tight fits of the slabs themselves and he gets it right every time. I also appreciate how responsive and communicative he is before during and after projects completion. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to sing their praises well into the future. read more

Very pleased with the workmanship on my counters. Was referred by my designer, Valerie (Glenoaks Interiors).

This company was subcontracted through our general contractor for installing porcelain countertops in an outdoor kitchen. The sink was the wrong size for the island and they caught it and let me know, which saved me a ton of rework. The quality of their work was excellent, they have a new machine to cut porcelain, and it's a small, local, family-owned and operated company with reasonable prices. read more
