Hello! You don’t have to because we make it fresh everyday, but it would be better to order it just in case we sell out.

Polynesian foods from which countries (specifically)? Samoan, Fijian or? I know there are many overlaps but am wondering regional specialties are available.

I know it's a small mom and pop bakery to probably cover their overhead, but their prices are pretty up there! They should sell them in smaller batches or more affordable options for buyers. Sadly, we even witnessed a guy stealing here one time. He was putting bread under his shirt and left. We told the shop owner but that guy got away when the owner tried to stop him.

I get it if you're busy/have a waitlist, but to make us stand there while the table we eventually had sat empty the entire time we waited was a little annoying. Then, at the end of our meal, they told us our time at the table had expired. Really? In terms of the food, it was fine, nothing to write home about. It was more the service that was so off putting. The coffee was cold when served. At the end of the meal our server asked if we wanted desert, and when we asked for a desert menu he just said "Oh, you need to just go inside and look." It could have been worded more appropriately to say something like "We have great pastries and treats inside if you have room for desert" rather than "Would you like desert?", which leads to a dead end since he didn't offer any. And after reading other reviews, I wonder if we would have been allowed to eat those pastries at the table anyway? I'm in the area frequently, but will try other places going forward after these last couple of disappointing visits.

Met TUPU who was behind the counter & also cooks the dishes there as well. they did a great job with the decor , it's modern quaint & CLEAN. if there's one thing a food establishment must have : cleanliness ..around the food trays, counters, refrigerators, etc.. and you can tell the great care & love that's showcased here It is buffet-style, serve yourself , easy access to different sizes & styles of food containers depending on your preference as this is very convenient & efficient! My friend gave me a meat pie from Poly Grill & Bakery and it was so good, I had to try their food. The ambience is cozy and inviting. The staff is even more friendly and welcoming. I told the server that it was my first time there and she patiently answered my questions and told me about each dish. From the corner of my eye, I noticed a man behind the counter smiling as he watched me salivating over the food. He further described some of the dishes and made me even hungrier. My only complaint is that they ran out of the meat pies. But that's understandable given how good they are. I took my food back to the office to eat. I had the corned beef, lamb stir fry, roasted pork, mackerel, palusami, and chop suey. I couldn't single out any one dish since they were all delicious! Earlier in the night, it tends to be busier and there might be some performances. There's a selection of skewers available: pork, chicken, intestine, pig ear, sausages, etc. My go to is always the pork. There are 3 charcoal grills available, marinate sauce on the side, tools for the charcoal, you can get drinks, desserts, a few other dishes, rice, there's a table for sauces, napkins, and utensils. There's also about 6 tables outside. It's pretty straightforward, you get there, grab a foil tray, pay, then cook your skewers. Just don't forget to keep fanning them to keep the charcoal from dying out!!
