This was my first time here and it ends up that it won't be my last. I was a little worried because I wasn't sure they'd be able to find me the perfect color to match my mother of the groom dress... but low and behold, they were able to combine two ( layered them ) and it was a perfect match..!!!!!! When my daughter and I went in, we were offered something to drink... ummmm, mimosa yeahhhhh! My mani/pedi was fantastic. They went above and beyond. The pedi wasn't just a quick soak and scrub and done. It was an herbal soakkkkk and scrubbbb that really got ALL the dry skin off... here it is, over a week later and my feet went through hell and back and are still soft as the day I got them done. The women who work there are really good at what they do and is one of the cleanest and most sanitary place ever. Ohh, did I mention the hand message? Yeah, that too! Thought I was gonna melt. I called (because I was of unsure what services to book on the website) and made an appointment weeks ago to come here. I wanted to go somewhere that took good care of my nails, especially my cuticles, and for the price I was paying elsewhere I thought I might as well pay the little bit extra for better service. When it came to today, the day of my appointment, I got a call about an hour before my appointment that the stylist I was scheduled with had called out and I was asked to reschedule. I am going out of the country tomorrow so that wasn't possible. They were able to get another stylist to come in early to get started on my nails and they squeezed me in with another stylist. She did great work and took great care of my nails. What they didn't tell me when I booked or had to be rescheduled was that they don't do design unless you book extra time for it. Being that it was my first time at the salon and I called to book because the online scheduling was overwhelming, I would've anticipated they let me know when I called that if I wanted design I had to book extra time for that. I would have gone somewhere else entirely if I knew they weren't going to be able to do what I wanted. I understand people get sick and have to call in, but I'm going out of the country for vacation and I spent $140 to not even get what I wanted. I'm not sure that I will return. They took very good care of my nails and the product they used seems great but if I'm spending $140 for my nails, it would be nice to actually get what I came for. read more

I came here for a pedicure and had such a good experience! The salon itself is gorgeous. During my pedicure (I got the CBD pedicure) I was given a glass of champagne and a hot pack to put around my neck and it really elevated the experience over other places I've been in the area. My pedicure came out great and lasted a solid month. Definitely going to be my go to pedicure place now. read more

For $65 for a simple gel mani, it started chipping day 3. This photo is exactly one week. You can see they're lifting and chipped. The polish was also painted right over my cuticles. This was my first time at this nail salon. It's very pretty inside and the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately I was not too happy with the service I received. I am 36 weeks pregnant and specifically booked the "ultimate radiance pedi" for the "extended therapeutic foot and leg massage." I was treating myself to a well needed pedicure and massage. The pedicure is supposed to last 60-90 minutes and the girl doing mine was extremely slow. Towards the 2 hour mark I could tell she had another appointment and was starting to rush. She skipped over the detoxifying ultra mud mask and then left me in the booties while she went on to another appointment. Then another girl came over to give me my massage, which didn't last more than 5 minutes. I also didn't receive the elite gold spritz, whatever that is. For a $100 pedicure I expected to receive everything listed. read more

My sister suggested coming here after I mentioned I wasn't happy with my normal nail place. I just got engaged last week and I wanted them to look extra nice! Scheduled online and the next day later was my appt. The salon is very clean and fresh and new. I really liked how she used brand new tools on me and everything was super sanitary. I opted for a dip with accent nails and Cassidy did not disappoint. She took her time on my nails and made a few suggestions on the accent nail. I already booked my next appt with someone else there, but I'm sure excited I found a bomb nail place!! I went to Polished Nail bar a couple weeks ago and got the gel tips put on by Cassidy, and I'm in love! The salon itself its gorgeous and the staff is all so friendly! I'm a full time bartender and my nails look as good as the day I got them done. The haven't broken a single one, and they're not chipped or cracked. Usually getting the dip n powder ill break several within the week I get them done. I've even gone bowling several times too and nothing! Still in perfect condition.
