In 3 treatments over the last 8 days I went from hardship in basic daily activities to able to return to my PT. She has been a true angel for me and has a loyal client in me. Her passion and love for massage and helping people to heal shines so bright and truly plays into how excellent she helps you feel. Side note she found a problem area since I was a teenager and just worked it despite my being their for the other things. That awareness and care really sets one apart. This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I am very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

It's a smaller day spa, with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The waiting room is nice and bright, everyone is friendly, and Monica is definitely a professional who knows her trade. I first knew I liked her when they offered the bed warmer, and was sold when she spoke science to me. LOL! She really takes her time to get to know you, your skin, and your concerns. She educates you about what could be causing it, what the underlying issues might be, and how she can help and how you can help maintain the results and care for your skin at home. Before proceeding with the Silk Peel, she took care to explain how it worked on a superficial level AND molecularly, and brushed my arm with the device so I knew what to expect to feel before she began work on my face. I could see results IMMEDIATELY after, in both texture and firmness/hydration of my skin. The days following, I could see some acne wanting to erupt (which she warned me about) but I listened to her about not picking at anything and just let it do its thing. There's no reception desk, only a waiting area. Leah came out from the back, and I asked if there were any available appointments that day. Fortunately, she had an opening a couple hours later. You can also call or book appointments online. I filled out an intake form, and Leah gave me a hour long medical massage (the price point for a medical massage is between a swedish massage and a deep tissue massage). I tucked myself in between the sheets, and the sheets were heavenly. Some places you start face up, others you start face down. Here, we started face up. Leah asked me what type of pressure I liked. I like medium pressure to work out the knots. She gave me a fantastic massage with oils, and I asked for more time on my neck and shoulders, and she paid attention to those areas. I liked that afterward she explained to me the areas she found to be tight. Communication with a massage therapist is important to get what you're looking for. Also due to covid, we both wore masks. I felt comfortable that masks are required.
