sometimes you get a good massage and other times you don't. I believe that some of the employees are not trained and are just brought here on work visas. I will not go to any more of these places unless I know that the person is a licensed professional. I can tell the difference as I've been getting Chinese massages for over 20 years. Does anyone monitor these places to ensure the public that they are legit? read more

Nice looking, relaxing establishment. Prices were good for the chair massage so we gave it a try. It was a very good 15 minutes and she massaged from my neck to the bottom of my spine. At this writing 30 minutes later I still feel so much better. My biggest complaint and it will influence whether I go back or not is the lack of English spoken which I don't mind except the staff spent the whole time talking among themselves basically ignoring us. I have a herniated disc and it helps my back tremendously going here. They know exactly what pressure points to massage. they have always been super friendly even with a language barrier. Decided to go in today since I was at the mall. I've been multiple times before. Requested a full body for 60 minutes which I've done before. Multiple times throughout the massage I had to ask for less pressure as sometimes it was more painful than relaxing. They conversed amongst themselves throughout the massage which was aggravating. Of course they try to push for longer. I politely declined twice and went to pay the bill. I was asked how much I wanted the tip to be before I pressed none. The female then looked at me with a look of disgust and started demanding a tip and told me to read the sign. It says they work hard and appreciate a tip. Tipping is never an issue but to demand a tip blew me which is why she got the tip that she did get. It's very rude to demand a tip on my card for one when she had no idea if I was going to tip in cash which I have done every time before. I have zero issues tipping off the service that is provided but don't demand me to pay a tip and look at me some type of way when you have no idea if I'm tipping in cash or not. While it is convenient and easy to get in and out I'll stick with my usual massage therapist. read more

I've gotten a couple massages from this place over the years and they've ranged from very good to distracted and even odd. Sometimes they will talk and try to lure in other customers while massaging. On my last visit I left feeling like a was scammed. I was walking by and the woman was standing by a sign that said 30 mins for $30. I decided to go for it. About 20 mins into the massage she asked me several times if I wanted to extend it by 15 mins. I finally agreed. When i went to pay I saw that the price was about $60 plus a recommended tip beginning at 30%. It seems like they try to get you in for a 30 min / 30 buck massage and then upsell you to the full priced 45 min / 60 buck massage. $60 for 45 mins isn't a bad deal I just don't like the dishonesty. read more

My friend and I went in on a whim. We are familiar with reflexology and similar-styled massages. We requested a 30min massage for $30. The masseuse throughout the massage kept trying to upcharge me by saying we needed to do a longer service. I felt annoyed my having to decline multiple time throughout the massage. By the end, they strong-armed us into a 45 minute massage and the final total was $62.50 plus tip. Way more than we planned to spend which was also annoying. Even though we requested a full body massage instead of a deep tissue, the massage was very intense and I'm sore the next day, which is more along the lines of deep tissue. Overall, the people were nice, but I didn't appreciate the upcharging they did. read more

It's hit or miss. The communication is terrible I been going here since they opened. My last time I had three different men rub my back with a towel over it I had to ask them to stop my skin was getting irritated. I asked for a female now half my massage was over and sucked. At the end she proceeded to basically demand a tip. Another time my back was so burned from the hot rocks it hurt to wear clothes for days the welts it left. However I probably will still go back because I love massages and my chiropractor masseuse I see once a month doesn't take walk ins. I also question that they may use the same linens on everyone. The price is just about the same if you go to a fancy spa but I do enjoy the convenience of in and out of the mall. read more

My Fiance got a full body massage excluding his feet..it was approximately an hr and some and it was a good price. My Fiance stated that it was an awesome massage and he will be returning soon! This place is very convenient. You can get right in and don't need an appointment which is a huge plus for busy people. The massage was great and took a lot of my back pain away immediately. I come here weekly now and my back feels great. They will ask you if you want more time several times to get more money out of you but you can simply say no. They are foreign so it's hard to understand them as it's hard for them to understand you also so just be clear and you will have a wonderful without paying extra as some reviews have mentioned. read more

I've had massages there several times. Each staff member so far gives a good, deep tissue massage. They ALWAYS ask you to add more time and they do so multiple times. This is very annoying. Be prepared to say no and stand your ground. Recently they added a fee for using credit cards but they don't tell you that until you're checking out - not cool at all. read more

Stopped by on a whim and had a deep tissue massage. It was great, but it can be pretty noisy inside due to the patrons in the mall and the kids store right next door. Also- about halfway through my massage he asked if I wanted to add more time. I asked if it was already over- I knew it wasn't an hour already. I thought the timing was strange. They are robbers! I went to see how much a 15 minute back massage was, and they physically tried pulling me into the parlor while I was still waiting for my Starbucks outside. Once I decided to get the massage, they managed to (again) physically get my two friends into massage seats, when I was supposed to be the only one going for a massage. They use their language barrier to their advantage. During my massage, she masseuse said something about my back muscles in broken English, and I said "yes," not fully understanding that I was agreeing to another 10 minutes of the massage. My friends, who both were forced into 15 minute massages finished theirs, and my masseuse was still going. She clearly hadn't set a timer because she was still going and I had to awkwardly end the massage by getting up and telling her thank you. As we were paying, I decided not to mention their clear robbery tactics as all the girls were telling us how we needed longer massages. I just kept telling them "thank you." DON'T GO THERE!! My husband and I went to get a foot massage for 20 mins. He massaged my lower leg and on top of my foot with no pressure. He basically just rubbed lotion on. Didn't massage the bottom of my foot. After I was surprised to be done bc he never massages my feet! I asked him if they massaged under my foot and he was like yeah. And kinda went towards the register for me to pay. I complained, didn't matter. Then I only left a $2 tip and explained why. He said something not in English, kinda ignored me. It was horrible.
