Called in for an appointment at the closest place to my house and they weren't taking new patients. Lame. Called here next and they got me in the next day. First of all the staff at the front desk were super nice and were very thorough in finding out about how my insurance worked and whether it would be cheaper to bill my insurance and pay for appointments according to their rules or just pay through my HSA. Apparently if you go through insurance there are a lot of extras the insurance company makes you buy. Dr. Peter Cracchiola talked to me about the pain I was experiencing and how it was affected by moving and breathing, then he did the exam and said I had popped out a rib in my back. I had an adjustment that day (pop pop) and have had 3 follow up visits. Dr. Cracchiola was very informative and told me exactly what he was doing and why and explained why this problem can happen and the likelihood if it happening again in the future. He has a friendly and professional manner. After my diagnosis the doctor advised me that I should use my HSA because of the low severity of the issue and that it would only take a few visits to treat (no need to do xrays etc that my insurance would require if I went through them -- and I would still have to pay a similar amount each visit if I used my insurance). My back problem has gotten consistently better each visit and the next visit might be my last. Great experience. They care more about fixing you than reaping your insurance dollars too. I have never had to wait in the lobby past my appointment time and have even gotten seen early.

This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place.
