I scheduled a 60 minute massage at their facility in Williamsville a couple weeks later (at a discounted rate of $65). I did appreciate that they had Sunday hours available. I arrived 5 minutes early , the facility was kind of difficult to locate , as Google maps had a hard time locating the exact location . After waiting in the room for about 10 minutes , to ensure I was in the right location , I entered the suite where my massage was going to take place , the owner was still performing a massage service. It was extremely awkward , I wouldn't have entered had it not been 10 minutes after my scheduled time and I heard voices, so thought maybe there was a desk I was supposed to check in at on the other side of the door . Turns out , the therapist was just behind schedule (due to the other clients arriving late , they also had difficulty finding the location ) so I was not forgotten, but next . Thankfully, I was not on a tight schedule, but was kind of thrown off guard by the whole thing . I will say that the room where the massage took place was cozy . The therapist , D. Katherine, applied perfect pressure and even used some peppermint drops on the pillow as I was just recovering from sinus issues. I was able to relax and get a nice treatment . Overall , I would consider using this facility again , but hoping the whole experience is more punctual in the future .

You won't have to worry about parking, as there is ample space throughout the entire area. The MTOB office has a few rooms available for different massage services. I've been in once for a couples massage and once most recently for a cupping service. 10 minutes of cupping is said to be the equivalent of 90 minutes deep tissue massage in relation to releasing toxins. My therapist Maria told me that she tries to not leave marks on her clients but I requested that she go hard on me, marks and all. Maria has a lot of awareness and is conscious of her clients' reactions during a treatment. She knows when to go hard and when to scale it back, without you having to say a word. This, to me, is a sign of a true professional. The treatment rooms were very luxurious, calm, peaceful, and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the signature massage oil and eucalyptus aromatherapy which immediately calmed me down, as I was a total spaz on my last visit. One of the hard things about spa treatments for me is jumping back into the world after experiencing such relaxation. Leaving the MTOB facility and stepping into the adorable, wooded parking lot was such a gentle way to ease back into things without losing my serenity.

Before the massage, we had a brief consultation to discuss what parts of my body needed more attention, and any of my concerns. The environment was calming, welcoming, and sanitary. Everyone kept their masks on the entire time, which I thought would be weird, but it wasn't. Margaux not only worked out some knots I've had FOREVER, but she instructed me on how to maintain the areas so they don't get worse before my next appointment. I have had TONS of massages and she was the best I've had in a while! She made me feel totally comfortable and instead of zoning out like I typically do during a massage, I felt like an active partner the whole time.
