From the moment we met, I could see how passionate she was about her work !! She took the time to ask me questions beforehand, and figure out what areas I needed her to concentrate on. She individualized the experience and it was not "cookie cutter" or pre-planned like so many other massages that I have had. She went above and beyond what she said she was going to do with each area. She also went OVER two hours which is SO rare! Most other massage therapists have a timer set and they move on before the pressure is released from tight muscles. Definitely not the case with Rosie. Her massage was the perfect combination between the correct pressure and the most relaxing morning I have had in a very long time !! She made the time fly by!! The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!
