Excellent chiropractic care! Easy scheduling and check-in / check-out, professional and friendly staff, comfortable waiting room. They are able to bill my insurance which is really nice. Regular visits keep my migraines away. Easy five stars. The only thing I don't like is that the very small parking lot is a bit tight, but there is street parking available around the corner if you have a large vehicle or don't do well in tight spaces. (they have a sign up at the door not to park in the restaurant lot next door - I've never actually seen vehicles in the lot next door so I don't know why the restaurant is picky about it, but I appreciate the heads up!) read more

Twelve stars -- I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I have been seeing Dr. Hannah Yorks for chiropractic care since the beginning of 2021 - before, during, and after a pregnancy. She is the perfect mix of professional and fun; I love the conversations we have while I'm in the office, and she makes sure that I'm feeling better than I came in every time I walk out the door. My son had colic when he was a newborn, and Dr. Juliana Marciniak provided him the relief he needed. His father has routine sessions with Dr. Marciniak and has had great things to say about her as well. I love that our whole family is able to get the relief we need from the same place! Emily Jarnot has been my go-to for massage therapy since 2021, and I highly recommend her to anyone I get the chance to. She is truly passionate about her work, and it shows. She is highly intuitive, and I have been very satisfied with all of the reiki sessions I've had with her! I also enjoyed my massage and craniosacral massage sessions with Christopher Gilbert. I am a struggling college student who had a lumbosacral strain and was referred to a chiropractor. I expressed my concerns about being able to pay the $110 initial fee for new patients. I had to reschedule twice because of this and communicated I had to pay for other doctor visits out of pocket because, I am originally from NYC and my health insurance is out- of - network. The receptionist was very rude and said I wasted her time and they do not have time for this she will not reschedule me ever. Although upset, I just apologized and said okay She just hung up the phone. Her mannerism and professional was very poor. Im glad I was not able to make the appointment because, even if it's protocol you don't talk to a patient like that. Kenmore is notoriously known for racism and prejudice businesses and I'm glad the business relationship ended there. read more

I was able to schedule this appointment quite conveniently and we even had to reschedule our appointment to another time and they were very helpful in getting our appointment at a new time. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. There is parking to the left of the building as you look at the building. We had to fill out some paperwork including circling areas of our body that needed attention. I walked up the stairs with the massage therapist and sat down with her and talked about areas I wanted her to work on. I got a 60 minute massage. My only complaint was that the room air temperature was chilly. I wished it was warmer. Otherwise it was a really nice experience. They had a special buy one, get one half-off gift card for Black Friday. They do take health insurance debit cards which was nice. All the staff were super friendly and polite! read more

I finally understand why people love Chiropractors. In the past, I went to a local franchise of a national chiropractic company (the McDonalds of chiropractors, if you will). I got an adjustment every couple months, enjoyed the satisfying cracks, and went on my way. All I can say is, I had no idea what I was missing. Dr. Marciniak was recommended by two of my co-workers, and she is incredibly thorough. Instead of just a cookie cutter adjustment she talks and listens, then tailors the treatment based on my specific issues. She has a host of gadgets and gizmos to assist in the magic-making, and I've felt better the past few weeks since starting with her than I have in recent memory. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. My first visit was $70, and subsequent visits have been $38... I have BCBS, not sure if insurance dictates pricing, and I love that I can use my health savings card. Alicia at the front desk is awesome; she is always extremely pleasant on the phone and in person and makes scheduling a quick and efficient process. read more

This is the former Massage Suite and Spa and was bought out by Peak Performance Chiropractic. I do wonder if they should add on to the name because I'm not sure others are aware. I've been here 2 or 3 times now and it's always been a good experience, they're friendly, it's a clean facility and the massage rooms are nicely decorated and adequately sound proofed. My last two times I've had Jesse and he's been wonderful, I like a very firm massage and he's been able to apply the right amount of pressure. Because they have several masseuses and rooms available I've actually been able to get last minute bookings which is a huge plus for me. I get massages pretty regularly but prefer to schedule when I've got some spare time and particularly need it and some massage suites need you to book nearly a week ahead so this place really works for me in that regard. Also, they offer the CBD lotion add on, I choose level 2 because I regularly workout later on in the day and level 3 I've been told leaves you feeling a little less inclined to do that. The level 2 has been perfect for me, relaxed but more refreshed than needing to lie back down. read more

I had the Fire and Ice massage today with Cristie. I wish I could select more than 5 stars. Everything, EVERYTHING, about my experience at Peak Performance has been so spectacular. The Fire and Ice massage was relaxing with extreme contrast between the stones. Im very sensitive to cold so I was apprehensive about the "ice" part but I'm very glad I did it. I was in desperate need of some help with my back pain which I believed was mostly caused by stress. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. Meeting my massage therapist Jesse was the Best!! He is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He worked on my back and discussed exercises and showed me how to do them while at home. I made another appointment with him before I left. This isn't something I will do or could afford weekly however I feel i will benefit from seeing him again in two weeks. I cannot tell you exactly what was done. It involves a table, healing hands, a do-hickey, and vibration. I can tell you I haven't had stabbing, sleep-depriving pain in my hip since I started treatment a month ago. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I've managed to keep inflammation at bay but the pain was getting unbearable and it was starting to affect my mobility and my athletic performance. I don't want a hip replacement - not yet. I wanted a middle ground to prolong the time between discomfort and surgery. I think I found my answer. Let it be known chiropractic was a last resort. I didn't put much stock in it. I was a skeptic. Is it a cure all? No. But then nothing really is. Aging is natural and so are the aches that go with it. What I experience at Peak Performance is relief that lasts. How long? No idea. But right now, pain is not part of my day. read more

Wonderful place. I recently aggravated my back and have been in quite a lot of pain. After making a trip to urgent care I was told to visit s chiropractor. I made an appointment at Peak Performance as they're just around the corner from my house and they also seemed to get good reviews. On walking into the office I noticed a very clean, modern environment that was instantly inviting. The receptionist / office manager Alicia greeted me by name even though we had never met and had me fill out the "pain chart" on the laptop at the desk...another cool / modern feature that impressed me. Dr Engl took me into the office after a few minutes of waiting and made me feel very comfortable and eased some of my fears....after 30 minutes or so with her I felt better and while I don't feel like a new man just yet I know Rome wasn't built in a day and am confident that she will fix me eventually. I was in extreme pain last week.I had tremendous pain from my shoulder to my forearm on my right hand side . It was so bad I was unable to lift my arm up. I got nervous and I went to the emergency room. After several tests and bloodwork I was told they could find nothing wrong with me and I was being discharged. I asked the Dr. why I was in so much pain, and was told that they were not sure but it was nothing serious. I left the hospital, still in pain. That night I could not sleep due to the discomfort. The next morning I went to see Dr. Juliana and within 5 mi jts she was able to diagnose that I had a pinched nerve and she began treatment. Within 1 hour of leaving I had full motion in my arm and the pain was minimal. I have since been back 3 times to continue treatment for my pinched nerve, each time feeling less and less pain. Thier methods are amazing would recommend this clinic to treat any ailment. Thank You for making me better! read more

Juliana has been treating me for fours years,now, and I truly believe I owe my continued back health to her and her team at Peak Performance. It has been two years since surgery was last suggested to me and 1 1/2 years since I was able to stop relying on a cane. She is very thorough in her explanations of each treatment and is very concerned about how the patient feels throughout the process. This place is so great. They always have appointments after 4 within a day or so which is so important to me so I don't have take off of work. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. The doctors take the time to listen to your problems and don't jump on your joints.
