I was having horrible upper back/ shoulder pain for a few days after a heavy lifting day at the gym and decided last minute I'd better schedule a massage. I chose to book an appointment at Infinity seeing as they are open until 7:00 and I had to work until 5:00. Luckily when I called to schedule, they had a 6:30 appointment available for that day! Upon arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant and informative. Dustin was my massage therapist and concentrated on my problem areas as well as made me feel comfortable. After our session he gave me a tour and explained the other therapy options they offered. Before I left he recommended a future appointment without making me feel pressured to return. She is beyond excellent, very thorough, and will tailor your session to your needs. Also they offer cryotherapy, which not many places do around here yet. This business is seriously amazing. I was seeing Liz for chiropractic care for about 2 years and just recently moved out of town and miss her so much! I have been unable to find a chiropractor as good as Liz. She really cares about your needs. From the very first visit, I was amazed at how she could press on areas of my neck and back, and she knew exactly what to do to make the areas better! She does not just manipulate you, but also uses various different techniques depending on what you need. Liz is also willing to answer any questions you have about the process. I lived in Amherst but would gladly travel 45 minutes just to see her for appointments. I also had a massage by Lauren and she was equally as amazing! For years, I have been going to get spa massages and I constantly tell the therapist to apply more pressure, but they never do! Lauren figured out what I could handle and really got into my muscles to work on them. I was sore, but felt amazing after a 60 minute massage with her!
