The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I've floated once in a wave room, and once in the pod. My personal preference was for the room, but both were very comfortable. The level of mineralization in the water is perfect; you can float with no effort at all. For me, it's more relaxing than a massage. The rooms and showers are clean and well equipped, the rooms are quiet, and truly pitch black when you turn the light off. The owner is so nice and friendly, and the prices are crazy reasonable. You can book online and it's easy to get an appointment, which is important to me. I'm definitely planning to become a regular.

The I received an email message that they charged the no show fee. I responded to the email stating the issue, that I called, and when, and nothing was resolved. Now their float packages are even more inaccessible financially. It seems like management cares less about the safety and health of it's patrons than profit. The third time I booked, was a charm, we floated! This was my first float so I was excited to try it. I enjoyed the experience of floating, after a while, I was able to get into a meditative state. Yay, relaxation. The Flo (the business) could use a little tlc - some small attention to detail would go a long way. Some examples: we were instructed to put in ear plugs for the float, my room was out. We were instructed to shower before, my shower was out of body wash and so low on shampoo and conditioner, none came out when I pressed the button. We were provided one towel that was thin and looked like it had been used (super wrinkly). The floor was covered in salt stains and no mats were provided so the floor was slippery and wet and hard to really dry your feet before getting clothed. I know, I know, wrinkled towels don't really make or break a float but it did make me wonder how well the tanks are maintained for cleanliness if such little attention is given to smaller obvious concerns. I found myself worrying about the cleanliness of the tanks while I was floating and that interrupted my "flow". We all know that "ahhh" relaxing and comforting feeling of walking into a spotless, comfortable space and that's what is missing at the Flo and why I will float again but at a difference spa.

I have never felt so wonderful coming out of any massage therapy before. It's now two days later and I still feel phenomenal.
