I work in the East Aurora area and was looking for someone local. I saw Alicia in a google search so I thought I'd give her a try. In my experience, some, not all therapists will find trouble areas that you don't complain about and they will work those spots too. I feel that is a good indicator of a quality massage therapist. Alicia did just that. The deep tissue work she did was intense! I was sore for days however, she did ask if the pressure was too much. I said I was ok, apparently not! I asked her about stretching and other things I try to keep my back loose. She made recommendations to help in between appointments. Overall, the work she did was top notch. My only complaint is she does not have water available when massage is done. All others I've been to offer bottled water or tea. Make sure to bring water for after which is important after a massage. This is a minor inconvenience considering the quality of Alicia's work!

That was too much to ask for apparently because the gentleman doing my toes, I could tell he was pissed off. I paid my bill of $140 with a ten dollar coupon and signed. manager comes over telling me the coupon is expired even though there is no expiration date on the coupon then walks away tells the guy "charge her $10."So I had to take my card out a second time and he charged me the cost of what the coupon was. extremely rude . do better
