MTOB is truly a quintessential Clarence Center gem for relaxation. The location in the Victoria…read morePark Plaza is quaint, quiet, and safe. You won't have to worry about parking, as there is ample space throughout the entire area. The MTOB office has a few rooms available for different massage services. I've been in once for a couples massage and once most recently for a cupping service. 10 minutes of cupping is said to be the equivalent of 90 minutes deep tissue massage in relation to releasing toxins. My therapist Maria told me that she tries to not leave marks on her clients but I requested that she go hard on me, marks and all. Maria has a lot of awareness and is conscious of her clients' reactions during a treatment. She knows when to go hard and when to scale it back, without you having to say a word. This, to me, is a sign of a true professional. The treatment rooms were very luxurious, calm, peaceful, and the perfect temperature. I enjoyed the signature massage oil and eucalyptus aromatherapy which immediately calmed me down, as I was a total spaz on my last visit. One of the hard things about spa treatments for me is jumping back into the world after experiencing such relaxation. Leaving the MTOB facility and stepping into the adorable, wooded parking lot was such a gentle way to ease back into things without losing my serenity.

I really wanted the muscle scraping option but their tech was unavailable and that service isn't provided. I love the affordability and the technique that N1 offers. I would go back and try their cupping as well as facials next time

The receptionist was very nice and the furniture was comfortable. I booked the massage through their website which was easy to do and convenient. I had booked a two hour massage with Jessica. Not only was Jessica an amazing masseuse but she was extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions. She gave me recommendations on stretching and told me why some of my muscles were sore. Would recommend this place and Jessica to anyone looking to get a massage. Will be back.

Excellent massage therapy, conveniently located on Sheridan Drive. My fiance and I got a…read morecertificate for a couple's massage as an engagement gift, and finally got around to scheduling it for a Sunday afternoon in February. The place is located on the bottom floor of a commercial space. There are three massage rooms available, two which look to just house one bed each and then one which was able to accommodate two beds for a couple's massage. The whole place was appointed very tastefully, with little touches to enhance relaxation. We filled out a form asking about any particular problems or areas of focus, and we were able to talk about our goals for the experience with the therapists before they started. After we were undressed and on the table, the therapists turned down the lights and there was some calming music played. Our massages were extremely professional and relaxing. I know that I prefer a lighter massage, and Katie was great at making sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain but was still getting the circulation and muscle manipulation benefits. My fiance prefers a deeper massage, and his therapist was able to get some knots out of his neck that have been tense for awhile. The therapists definitely took their time, and we felt like we got our full 60 minutes worth. We left feeling very pampered, and will definitely return in the future!
