I believe my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Cox, and if I'm remembering correctly Dr. Cox is the one who referred me to a great lawyer, which worked out really well. I only saw Dr. Dan (Cox) during the first initial appointment back in 2012 and have been seeing various other doctors since then. You can request who you'd like to see, I'm just not that kind of person, and quite honestly, I've had a great experience with each and every single doctor here. I've made the mistake in not continuing my treatment when I'm feeling "good," and now after seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Tom there recently I'm understanding more and more the importance of my neck and back "maintenance". In my situation, this is something I'll have to live with forever, but as long as I keep up with my appointments (down to once a month currently) I won't really be in much pain. When I stopped going for 6+ months, I would be in severe pain and would have to go 2-3 times a week at first just to get on the right track again. They will recommend that you get X-rays done (of course depending on your situation) before doing anything, which I love. The ladies at the front desk are usually the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever seen at a doctors office. Not only do you not usually have to wait long at all (10 min max for me, but I usually walk right back when I get there) but if you need a last minute appointment they can usually get you in the day of! I keep telling myself I'm going to try a chiropractor a block from my house since Clarence / Williamsville is so far for me, and hard to fit in my schedule, but they are really that great and I just can't fathom going anywhere else!

Dr Steve is a very kind man, I told him how nervous I was and he talked WITH me, not at me, explaining everything which was going to happen. I have to tell you even more honestly, when we got to the adjustment part, it was NOTHING like all those crazy things you hear about! As a matter of fact, I thought to myself- I don't really see how this is going to help, it doesn't seem like he's doing much? After a few moments he told me we were done for today and I could get up. When I stood up and took a few steps I was in disbelief at how different I felt! It was like I fit into my body better and everything I had been feeling the last 6 months was gone. The care is stellar and full. The time spent with each patient and the individual attention to each is beyond compare. The options for treatment from the decompression table to the Laser and Stim are all utilized during treatment depending on my symptoms. There are many more treatments used such as ice, heat and different rubs and lotions and I always leave feeling better after treatment than I did when I walked in. The reason I am able to function on a daily basis in my physically demanding job and in my daily life, I definitely owe to these Dr's and their care. About 1.5 years ago, I fell while running up the stairs at work. I didn't think it was a big deal, but the following day, the pain was excruciating. Someone recommended that I see her chiropractor. After getting a history of both the recent incident and my history of back problems, Dr. Tony examined me, and then gave me an adjustment. Let me tell you - afterwards, my back felt better than at any time in the past 14 years! After a few more visits, he actually got me to the point where I really didn't even have to come anymore, because I was pain free. But every once in a while, if it started to bother me, I would come for treatment, which I really wouldn't have to do if I hadn't gained a lot of weight in the past year. But both Drs. Tony and Teresa know what they are doing! They are extremely knowledgeable about their field, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. They truly care about their patients and their health, and they do anything that they can to make sure that you get the care that you need. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they have limited hours of operation. They are closed on Thursday, and on Tuesday, they are only open for a half-day. I can usually only come after work, so I have to come on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, when they are open late (6 pm is usually their last appointment). But because of their limited hours, sometimes it gets busy, especially on Friday. This can lead to long waits, even with an appointment. But most of the time, that is not the case. Overall, they have a great practice, and I am definitely a satisfied regular patient. I would recommend them to anyone whose back, knees, neck, shoulder, or any other joint are bothering them.

I personally only had to go for a couple weeks to help work out some pain I was having in my back. Overall the pain went away, not sure if that was because of the chiropractic care or other interventions. The only reason I'm not likely to come back is the amount of selling that they tried to do. I understand he must have some investments in the vitamins that he is trying to sell, but it was overwhelming to have a pamphlet placed under my table to read while I waited there with the heating pad on my back. Again, I get it... But it was kind of annoying.

He took treatment slow and asked me, if I would like more (yes!). He works and focuses on one area, and worked on my neck without making my body crack.
