She truly takes care of your nails, from thoroughly removing dead skin and cuticles to being a total perfectionist with design and polish. I was able to get out of the house because I had a babysitter last minute so I came by to see if they had availability for a manicure and pedicure. There was a woman with a long ponytail that told me to come back in 30 minutes and they could do it. So I went and ran an errand and then came back. After waiting about 10 minutes in the front of the store, they called me to sit in the chair for my pedicure. There, I waited for about 40 minutes before anyone came and started. My water had gotten cold by then I wanted to leave, but I also really needed to get my toes done because I know I wouldn't have another chance anytime soon. meanwhile, a woman with down syndrome was sat next to me. She was waiting patiently and he actually told me that her appointment was at 2:15 and it was now 330. The guy comes over and finally starts my toes and about 15 minutes later, a woman comes over and starts on the woman next to me. The woman next to me had been looking in the nail book at designs and colors. She had brought the books 2 her chair to help her communicate what she needed to the workers. They removed the box and took them away. Then the worker asked the woman if she wanted acrylic nails, or her real nails. The one with down syndrome was very shy and I don't think she understood what they were asking so I asked her if I could help. I was able to support her communication to the workers. However, the man that was working on my toes was mocking her in their language. I don't know if they think I was born yesterday or if this woman With down syndrome lacked the abilities to see that they were making fun of her, but it was a disgusting display of ignorance. They were laughing. He was making gestures. I was disgusted. Fast-forward to me finally finishing my pedicure. I was supposed to get a manicure and then they told me they didn't have time. The woman who originally told me to come back, told her daughter in the front working the register that she overbooked everybody for the day and blamed her. My eyes and ears to see me? Was the older woman not the one who told me to come back herself today? This place is a joke. It's overpriced for the quality of service that I received. I will make sure to spread the word that this place is filled with ignorance. This environment is not friendly, welcoming, understanding, or professional. Stay far away.

Before she had even sat me down, I asked her if this is something she could do. She said "yes, I can do that". I came in for a fill-in and color change. She filed my nails, but I noticed she didn't ask me what shape I wanted or if I wanted my nails filed down. She did ask me how many colors I wanted my nails. I said "5". She said "how many colors?" I said"it's a different color each finger, so 5?" She said "too many colors" I said, "oh okay, 3?" And she didn't respond. My sister came over to check on how my nails were. I showed her the picture I wanted and she said it's cute. The nail tech said "too many colors" to which my sister said "it's not too many" to which the nail tech didn't reply. She told my sister to go grab the neon nail display and bring it over. Didn't ask her - told her to do it. The nail tech told me to pick from there. I was thinking "great this is exactly the colors I wanted". So I picked 3 because I thought that's what we had agreed on. She asked how many and I told her. She said "too many, pick 2" I was like "....um okay" and picked 2. She walks away, comes back with a basket of the detail nail polishes. She tells me to pick from there. I said "I want neon colors." These colors were purples, reds, whites, etc. not what I was wanting. She said "it's a design so it needs to be one of these" I replied, "I thought I was picking from this neon display you told me to pick from" she sighed and asked what colors I picked the two and she walked away. Finished the job, I paid $60 and gave her a 20% tip. After leaving, I started noticing that my old yellow polish is still on my nails. They're different shapes, the French tip is messy. Less than a week later, my nails started lifting. I can usually make my nails last an entire month!! Less than a week is insane. I tried gluing a few back on but it was a waste. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning.
