Amazing experience. I tried them after using Nails716 for years and so grateful I did. The customer service is over the top. I always feel welcome. They accommodate my dates and times. And I have excellent experience. First time in forever I really felt like I got a real pedicure. My feet were so soft after. And showed a photo of what I wanted and it was exact. read more

I went here for the first time and the facility is lovely. Very clean and great selection of colors and services. The staff was very friendly. I called to ask if they only take cash, she said no and I did use my card but I can tell they definitely prefer cash. So I will definitely do that the next time I'm there. read more

Worst nails I have ever gotten by far. Lady was rushing the time and was putting the top coat on while I'm literally sitting at the drying station. Shit doesn't even work either, I was actually sitting at that spot for over 30 minutes, then the woman who did my nails checked over them and said I'm good to go. I paid and leave, literally as soon as I got in my car, 3 nails smudged horribly. Could've done this shit myself and do it better. Waste of my time, go literally anywhere else but here they truly do not deserve any business. read more

I don't normally do manicure. In rare occasions I did I get annoyed because I always managed to damage my nail before even left the store! Every single time. The nail places (plurals because I went to different places each time) always had to fix my nail polish. It's my fault really I just clumsy. Anyway I promised my daughter we will do something together for her birthday and this time opt to do nails instead of restaurant. She told she wants dip nails. I'm very skeptical. And I was like I don't want to spend a lot of money and to get damaged before I even leave the store though I knew they will fixed it but then I'll damage it again somehow after I left lol. But how I was wrong! This is the first time EVER I managed NOT to ruin it! The nail dried fast. I don't have to wait long and it set nicely. They have a lot of pretty colors. I opt for pink and purple glitter. While my daughter opt for kind of teal glitter. My daughter has the owner doing her nails. She's a speedy Gonzales! Very fast but yet the results still awesome! My nail tech slower but she really take a good care of my nails. She did a very good job. I'm very impressed. I definitely recommend this place. The tech very nice and friendly. The place is neat and clean very organized. I definitely will go again when I feel like pampered myself and dip nails definitely way to go for clumsy me. Now she said it will last 3 weeks but this me we're talking about! I'd be happy if it's last a week lol. Maybe next time I'd do pedicures. Hmmm... read more

Not very friendly. They take walk-ins but don't. Don't waste your time stopping in. They don't want new business. Didn't even ask what I wanted done. read more

Excellent experience exceeded expectations! Li came in for my walk-in appointment with an awesome attitude and friendly conversation. All of the workers seemed to be happy & enjoying banter among them as well as with customers. Tools come in a sealed bag so you can be sure they are 'fresh' & clean. My trim for my pedicure was excellent. One of the best I've had. Great attention to detail and comfort. She asked if I was interested in the 'spa treatment. For an additional $8, I got an incredible foot & lower leg massage with lotion and a paragon treatment. I've not had this before and it was a real treat. Overall experience was greatt at a great $35 price. I'm an out of town er but will return when I'm in town. read more

Omg. I absolutely love the girls here! They're so nice and funny, and they make you feel super relaxed. I came here to get an Acrylic full (only $20) and they were super grateful when I gave them a tip - that says a lot! Will definitely going back for a mani/pedi! read more

I had called for an appointment on a Saturday morning was able to get in within an hour. They are busy so I would suggest calling ahead. I got a dip manicure, which I love. She had a million colors to choose from and it didn't more than 45 minutes. That was taking time to get some stubborn gel polish off before hand. Ly the owner did my nails.(she might be the only one who does the dip, I'm not sure) the entire staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I would highly recommend checking this salon out. Ly did a fantastic job on my nails. I will be back! read more

Walk ins definitely not welcome here. Three of us walked in to get a pedicure and when we asked if they would be able to take us they said no and we were pushed out the door in an unfriendly and rude manor. I will definitely never come back here to get my nails done. read more

I started getting my nails done here 7 months ago and had no complaints, I was pleased most of the time. However, I recently got my nails done and 5 days later my nails chipped, turned color, and an acrylic actually fell off. 5 DAYS AFTER GETTING THEM DONE. I called and they scheduled me an appointment that day so I could get them taken off. However I did not feel welcome when I walked in and the nail tech I saw accused me of smoking (when I don't) and said that's why my nails turned color. She didn't speak a word to me after that. She took my nails off and told me to go. Didn't apply a top coat or anything. Now my nails are spilt and look horrible. They have lost my business.. read more

My mother and I went to get our nails done for our birthdays. We each got a pedicure, she got a basic manicure and I got a dip manicure. I showed Ly my inspiration picture and we were able to discuss nail art that would work for it. I was very impressed with the outcome of my nails, especially the shape. I will be coming back in the future as this was a lovely experience. read more

This is by far the best place for pink and whites in all of Western NY. I've never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs, and all three are extremely friendly. They are incredibly knowledgable about nails and can correct any error from other salons (and I've had many) Also, for a $1 charge, each customer gets their own file kit so you don't have to use something that was just used on another customer. I recommend booking appointments because they can get very busy! read more

These girls are so nice!! By far the best set of pink and whites I've had done!! Will definitely be going back every 2 weeks and anytime I need anything nail related!!! Ps: you don't need an appointment but you might want to call ahead. It gets busy! But you don't have to call ahead of you don't mind a possible wait time read more

The owner is wonderful, the staff is friendly. Was the best pedicure I've had in years since going to a high end salon. Will definitely go back and its a bit of a ride for me but worth it. So happy to have found this place. read more

I got a pedicure and manicure. Loved my pedicure!!! But I did not like my manicure at all. I really wanted natural looking nails, that's why I went with the dip, but I also wanted a natural looking French manicure. All the people in the salon are super sweet including the lady that did my nails but my manicure sucked. They were so thick, not natural at all, and then the "French manicure" part looked terrible. The white part was put on sooo thick and it's not natural looking at all, I could've just gotten my nails all white. I'm so sad because I truly wanted it to be a good experience but the lady was also in a rush. Side note, if you need to be somewhere by XX:XX time, then don't take an appointment and cancel it because it's going to end up being a rushed job. So 64$ (includes pedi, too) I have half way taken off my nails because that's not what I wanted and I can't wait to take off the other half! read more

I normally don't go to nail salons but I went with my wife. The work they do are amazing at fraction of the price from other nail salons. I honestly got pedicure and my eyebrows done. It was flawless. Thanks to the women in there. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've gone here a few times, very clean and quiet, the employees are all super friendly and give you your own nail kit on your first visit so you know that the products they're using have been only used on you! Nails always look great read more

Love getting my nails done here. I get so many compliments on them as well. The ladies are fantastic, I'm a repeat customer for sure

All of the girls that work at Julie nails are extremely nice. However, each time I have gone (4 time total) they have been extremely busy. This isn't a bad thing as long as they can control and accommodate all people, but they left me sitting in the chair for an hour when I even scheduled an appointment. The last time I went I had my usual hour wait time and my gel manicure was left bumpy and with white spots missing on my nail. Why? Because they were too concerned with trying to get to their other customers. Will not be going back. read more

Went to Julies recently and had a great experience. Very friendly and went above and beyond in the services. I look forward to going back!
