I brought a photo with me of what I wanted... he decided I would like it his way better. I'm too shy and communication with their heavy accent is so difficult, I didn't feel able to complain. The place is clean and they've always been friendly... but I'm not going there again. The color he chose for the nails was pretty, but they are about twice the length I wanted. The toenails have such a sheer color, I can't even tell I had a pedicure. I leave at 4 am tomorrow, so I can't get them changed. But I'll never go there again. He really didn't care to do them the way o asked. read more

I personally don't recommend, unless you are someone who gets a pedicure every month. I went in for a pedi, was thinking it would be a nice treat, but the guy doing my toes was critical of the fact that I had calluses, he complained about it out loud to the other workers, in front of the other patrons. I was mortified. It ruined my experience. I couldn't wait to get out of there. read more

The worst nail salon experience I've ever had. My sisters and I made appointments for 3 of us at noon. They took two of us right away, but left us soaking for 15 minutes before anyone came over. The last manicure didn't start until 40 minutes after the appointment time. After she explained that she didn't have time for the full manicure the owner tried to blame her for not telling them she already had gel on. Aside from that rude encounter it was a terrible pedicure, and not at all relaxing. I will definitely not be back. read more

I was a regular at this place, and then had a very unpleasant experience. My nail tech was not satisfied with the tip that I provided, after splurging on multiple services. I waited for awhile and was not satisfied with the gel polish on my cuticles. I was called out for my tip amount in front of a full salon. It was rude and unprofessional. I was told "you can keep it." I will not be returning to this place. Do yourself a favor. read more

I have come in twice for gel acrylic nails and both times I have had Henry. Literally the best nails i have ever had done and twice! Henry is so detailed and you can tell he truly cares how they turn out. He even double checked and would go back just to make them look and feel nice. The team Is very personable and so kind. I've come here twice, and once for a fill and once for an eyebrow waxing. The fill took no exaggeration, 2 and a half hours to do and my mom and I were the only ones in the salon. Although the girl was nice it should have been a 30-45 minute job. The other time I came here I had to wait 45 minutes to get an eyebrow waxing. They don't have that good of a color selection either. The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They ran my card a total of 4 times because their credit card machine was not printing out a receipt. When I figured out what they were doing I immediately pulled up my bank account while there and showed them they charged me 4 times, each for $50, totaling $200. They then blamed my bank and insisted I call my bank to see why THEIR credit card machine was not printing out a receipt. When I explain numerous times it would be their merchant and not my bank causing this, they became pushy and rude about me calling. I called my bank and put them on speaker and had the bank manager explain that it had nothing to do with me or my card. When they finally got around to calling their merchant, they realized there was NO PAPER in the machine. I demanded to be refunded the full $200. They told me to dispute it with my bank!! I told them NO and that they were to refund me the whole amount! I asked why would I dispute it when they charged me 4 times and clearly knew they charged me wrong. After not being able to come up with an excuse to not refund me they refunded me $150 and still charged me for my pedicure. They man then told me I was being an "inconvenience" and "taking advantage" of them by asking them to ask for a full refund. I honestly have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life! It was so bad, 2 of the customers that were there while this was happening told them THEY would not return after seeing how they handled this situation. You've been warned! read more

I was very excited when we first got there- we were taken quickly. I had a gel manicure & chose a metallic polish- even though it was $10 extra I was going to go for it. The metallic came off less than 24 hours later. When i didn't know how to turn on the UV light again the guy acted like i was stupid- (my usual place has a different type of machine). The closer I looked at my nails the worse it looked- my cuticle wasn't cut all the way and there was polish all over my fingers. My mom had a manicure that lasted 10 minutes- barely took off her "polish tests" while finding a color and her nails were shaped very badly. read more

Horrible customer service and will not give you the time of day if you are not getting gel polish. I asked for a credit to come back in a few days after the polish I was using would not dry for over 3 hours so I had to take it off and do it myself. I explained I couldn't come back that day because I had a wedding rehearsal and they wouldn't accommodate it, they would not do anything for me and called me a bad customer. A small business that does not appreciate customers shouldn't be in business. read more

I recently went to V N nails. At first we met everyone and they all seemed very nice and welcoming. I went with two of my friends and they started to get their nails done. It was my turn and the lady was removing my cuticles. She then cut me so I started to bleed. They then put this blue substance in my cut without permission and it stung so bad. This was probably one of the worst stings I've ever felt. I then felt extremely nauseous and soon fainted. When my friend asked for a towel to go around my neck they woman kept interrogating her asking "why does she need a towel?" Eventually I felt better and he continued to paint my nails. Soon enough he started bombarding me with rude comments such as "you need to stop biting your nails!" He kept saying that this was my fault I started bleeding because I have short nails. He subsequently said "your nails do not look professional, look at mine mine are!" He also said "you are being way to overdramatic"This man was completely unprofessional! I do not recommend going to V N!! read more
