The gentleman who did the pedicure was definitely not experienced. He cut my nails way too short and the polish was messy. He resorted to cleaning up the mistakes by scraping and using a cuticle trimmer to pull off the drips. It definitely felt like amateur hour. I left there feeling stressed and unhappy. I will never go back.

I am an elderly cancer patient who has trouble walking anyway. I had to flag down someone walking by for help. Once in salon, I explained my stress and worry about getting back into car. I asked the owner if he had salt he could throw down. He began yelling at me, saying it wasn't his problem but his landlord's problem. He preceded to list all his complaints against his landlord. I was in tears. He never offered to help me return to car after pedicure. A very nice woman felt so bad, she called her boyfriend who was a snow plow driver. He came to salon and salted from door to my car. God Bless him! The owner said nothing to him. I got pedicure, paid, gave $20 tip and left. I will never return.

I say 'mood changing' because that's what they call it, however it's actually Thermal Color Changing gel polish (which means it changes color depending on your temperature). The woman who did my nails was very nice, didn't talk too much which was fine. She filed my nails nice and straight, she didn't get any polish on my skin, and I left feeling very happy about how my nails looked. The atmosphere inside is quaint, however they don't have the most aesthetically pleasing building. A nice face lift wouldn't hurt, but it's pretty typical compared to many nail places I've been to. Pricing is good, too. Very comparable to other nail salons. Overall, it was a great visit. I'd suggest NT Nails for others, and I'd go again.
