Really clean salon and staff was very friendly! They knew we were going on vacation and asked us about it and also made a comment when we left that they hope we have a good trip. It's easy to make an appointment online but they also take walk ins. Prices are similar to most places. I went with the hot stone pedi and I felt like the whole process was rushed and not worth the extra money but they did a great job on the polish. Next time I would just do the regular pedi. The salon itself is nice and clean but as many other reviews stated, they rush through the services. My builder gel fill was done in 25 minutes (the salon I went to before I moved to Buffalo took minimum 1 hour and looked immaculate). They don't prep your nails well and don't touch your cuticles. I had to ask for cuticle oil because my nails still looked so dry, like I had them done for a week. My pedicure was also very rushed and had a poor paint job. I was in the salon for not even an hour for two services which seems insane not only for the cost but the customer experience. It seems like they're just trying to churn customers vs actually giving you their full attention and being attentive to detail. read more

Me and my roommate have been repeat customers for months today I was not only completely rushed, but also overcharged. I came early to my 10:15 appointment because I was between two colors. I was rushed into the seat so I thought okay maybe he can grab a color for me. No he was very irritated I didn't have it picked out already. Secondly, I was charged $65 for a solid color acrylic. I get cat eye sometimes and it is not that much. He said he had to charge $15 for the removal of my past acrylic (they did them, my last tech said hello to me.) I paid I didn't cause a fuss but I called Tommy the owner after to confirm and he said it was up to the tech to charge or not "if they are nice." Even so, I got a service and according to their website the removal should have been $5. I'm just disappointed and the whole visit was off putting. He did not touch my cuticles, did not get the shape right, and none of that mattered to me until I was overcharged. read more

The good: the place is beautiful and the manicurists/pedicurists are very nice. The bad: another salon that overbooks and rushes. Although I had made an appointment through the website I had to wait 30 minutes. I was fine with that as I didn't need to be anywhere. But, as you will see in the picture the manicurist did not trim my cuticles or completely cover my nails with polish. She kept complaining that the color I chose was light. She did not take to me to a nail table to have my nails done. She did them while I was sitting the pedicure chair. The total cost for the mani/Pedi was $65. They add a small additional charge of $1.00 or so if you use a credit card. I was hoping this would be my go to nail salon but I guess I'm still on the hunt. read more

Probably one of the better nail salons to go to in Buffalo!! Very clean and they really put sanitation on the forefront which is very hard to find here. I would've rated 5 stars but there were some things that really affected my experience to make it 4: - I scheduled only a pedicure, with regular nail polish. They will try to convince you to get more services, upgrade to gel, do your nails. Even if you say no they'll keep on trying to convince you. I go to the nail salon to relax and feel pretty. Asking your customers a bunch of times for upgrades just isn't really relaxing. Ask once if you need, if not just leave it be. -I tipped for what I was scheduled for. They did convince me to upgrade, I am easily convinced, but honestly I'm not tipping more than I already planned. When I paid, their smile turned into a frown after they saw my tip, I am assuming it is because I didn't tip as much as they thought I should've. You guys made literally $60 more off of me in upgrades, and y'all gonna get a little sassy after that tip isn't as hefty? Come on now. Other than that I had a pretty good experience, nails looks great and it was a refreshing experience. Just need to work on the customer service aspect and I think this salon will be perfect. read more
