Amazing, genuinely the first amazing experience I've had getting my nails. I've been getting them done at least 5 years now and they have never looked this good or clean. I got them done a week ish ago they look as good as the day I got them. Grace gets as close to the cuticle as possible without cutting you obvi. I had a set from another salon that I hated started lifting after the first week but they took me without having to soak off the first set so let damage to me nails and made them look amazing. Very disappointed with my pedicure today. It appears that if you select the basic pedicure they do not spend any time on you. They just rush through and do not do a thorough job. I was not soaked. I was not properly sloughed of dead skin (as evident in the pictures). They did not clean out around and under the nails like normal. I had clear nail polish all over my toes (you can see some of it in the pics). The nail polish was hastily painted and was lumpy. I told them I was not happy with it and all they did was get some nail polish remover and wipe off the tips of my toes. The pictures are hours later so you can see they.didnt even care enough to get it off. Half the paint on my big toe just pulled off in a sheet. Again. I did tell them I was not happy with it and they did not make it right. When you can only afford to go once every other month? This is extremely disappointing to have wasted my money. I could have done this at home--which I now have to do anyway since it is all messed up. read more

The lady cut my cuticle so badly and it's so inflamed and painful, definitely concerned about an infection. On top of that, I asked for a regular pedicure and they gave me the gel colors to choose from, which I didn't realize, and then charged me $75 instead of $55. Aside from maiming me, the color looks pretty good, hence the 2 stars. read more

I called and made an appointment on a Sunday after looking for a place in Buffalo as my husband works here now and I was not at all disappointed. I was greeted by smiling, nice faces when I came into a very clean large salon. I only came in for a cutdown and fill since I realized I had no pants that slide up (dressing for warm weather) however May did an excellent job. She took the time to make sure I had them exactly how I wanted them and even finished with lotion and a hot towel. Lovely!! The other people there were nice too. They were slow and we joked and chatted. It was a nice enjoyable time out. Salon is the perfect word for this place! I will be back! Pic doesn't do my nails justice. When I called to schedule I was given an appointment but when asked if I was paying with cash or credit and I said I had a Groupon I was advised that they no longer accept those even though it was not expired. I was advised that there is a new owner who does not accept those and to contact Groupon for a refund. Very shady way to do business. read more

I hope that you didn't buy any Groupons for this salon because you won't be able to use them. I've been going to Handy's since they opened. Not even close to where I live. But, I was so impressed by their customer service and all the techs were very skilled. Whelp, I dropped by Handy's after work for a mani/pedi. I purchased a few Groupons for the salon and I had 2 left. There was a sign on the door stating "NEW OWNERSHIP WILL NOT ACCEPT GROUPON". I SAID WTF. I literally said WTF? Entire new staff. Stated previous owner left Buffalo to open a nail salon and restaurant somewhere else. Did the previous owners alert Groupon of this? Hand's sold hundreds of Groupons that can't be redeemed. I filed a complaint with Groupon. I want my damn money back. My mani/pedi came out great. But, the service was extremely slow and all I kept hearing was " I can't live off Groupon prices. We would go out of business. So the prior owners took the Groupon money and ran? That's some shady mess! Just a warning for those of you looking to use your Groupon. read more

Sloppiness- rushed pedicure and manicure. Very little attention to cuticles, barely any filing. Polishing was crappy. The equipment is old and they use inferior products. I mentioned sloppy pedicure at checkout but the girl just looked dumbfounded. Don't go here. I've tried many salons, never have I been this dissatisfied . read more

Stephanie is an amazing Nail Technician! She is fast, attentive to detail, creates a very natural nail shape - I loved my experience! More over, the salon is very clean, they offer all the latest nail options (acrylic, dip, UV, gel, encapsulation, and more), including color-changing dip powder, magnetic/cat-eye gel...so many options! I am looking forward to trying them all. I only gave 4 stars though because I felt a little shorted on my pedicure. I paid for the pedicure with hot towels, sugar scrub, paraffin wax, etc. My pedicure technician seemed afraid to touch feet, she gave a very weak scrubbing, she didnt wrap my legs in the towels - she just laid one towel across both my legs :/, she nearly forgot the wax until I asked twice about it, and when they applied the wax, unlike other salons where they place your entire foot in wax (heels, sides and toes), she only did my heels. Now I remind you - she barely scrubbed my heels, so even after the callous gel, pumice stone, etc., my feet were not smooth...then with the splash of wax on my heels...I don't feel I got the pedicure I paid for. I've had better pedicures at other salons for the same price. So next time, I'll just try another technician for my pedicure. But for nails - Stephanie is who you want!!! I'll definitely be coming back!! :) read more

I have been going to this Nail Spa for almost a year. I get the best manicures and pedicures from the owner Stephanie. She is so thorough and meticulous. And to top it off you get a nice hand massage and a little back massage all included. The place is neat and clean and easy to get in and out of parking lot . Would not think of going anywhere else.
