I would never come back here. Dirty utensils and poor work. I was the only client in the building and got a pedicure - they brought out the grater to use on my heel and it cut my foot and was bleeding the entire time I was in the chair. They took the grater that had my blood on it, rinsed with water, and put back in the "sterilizer" that was off. They barely touched my cuticles and the work is sloppy. Disappointing to say the least to walk out looking worse than I came in - with a noticeable chunk of my foot taken out, blood still on my foot, and it stinging. read more

I thought I would give this place a shot, but I was so disappointed with the service I received. The nail tech that did my manicure was FaceTiming a family member throughout my service and was not paying attention doing my nails. The nail tech made me feel rushed as I barely had my hands under the UV light. 2 days later, my gel polish is chipping and peeling right off. I went back to the nail salon and showed the nail tech that greeted me what happened. At first, she was only willing to do 3 nails over again. I asked is it possible to just do the manicure over again and she was annoyed. By the time I was finished, the polish was still not right. The service I received was a gel polish. All my nails were different shapes and sizes (I asked for almond shape). Gel polish job was awful! All over my skin and fingers, nothing was straight, full of bubbles and other "debris," and jagged along the cuticle. I wanted to post photos but the camera isn't great . I was 100% disappointed in the work. Me and a friend were the only ones in the salon so they were not busy or rushed. I will not be going back and would not recommend. read more

Awful experience. First off I had to wait 40 minutes to get my nails done.. and I had an appointment booked. The nail tech I had was so nice but very unsanitary. I believe her name was Sweta. After doing a clients nails she took me right away without washing her hands or sanitising the tools. She also rushed my manicure & when I left I noticed she left nail polish on my fingers. The only good thing about this place is that their gel manicures are cheap, but looking at my nails I probably could have done a better job. My usual nail salon was "Nail studio n spa" across the st near Trader Joe's. I got tired of their long wait times every freakin day, Loud music, rude conversations about their customers in front of other customers, swearing, and unpleasant atmosphere. I decided to give this place a shot. Boy am I glad I did! The girl who did my nails "Fefe" was extremely professional and kind and took her time. She had excellent attention to detail. Came here for the first time the Saturday after they opened from the Covid shutdown. I had a pedicure appointment, came in early and was seated right away. My nail technician was very sweet (I forgot her name) but everyone there seemed really sweet and helpful. They really took care of all the equipment and made sure we were social distancing. The spa was super clean and everything looked brand new. I didn't get any polish, just went in for maintenance. I love the shape of my nails and how smooth she got my feet to be. I will definitely be going back. I got the deluxe spa pedi for $40. read more

Ended up walking into this nail salon randomly when another in the area was booked solid and so glad I did! They did a pronominal job with my pedicure and they were super attentive. I got a set of black dip nails done last week. The lady was very nice and did a fantastic job. However, the lady who did my roommate's nails - I think her name was Sweta - did a terrible job. My roommate's nails were bumpy and the lady left some of her old nail polish on. I had to go back to get a nail fixed and unfortunately got my roommate's nail technician. I was unhappy with how she did. Instead of soaking my nail to allow the broken dip nail to come off, she used a nail extension to try to pry off the old nail, which was quite painful and bad for the nail underneath. And when that didn't work, she resorted to using her dremel to sand the nail down, which was also painful. It's a shame because I liked the lady who did my original set and I wish I remembered her name. read more

I went to get a polish change on toes and a regular manicure. I received a gel manicure which I did not request. Then I ask how much to remove the individual said $5.00. I had to pay for a gel manicure that I didn't request and they were going to charge me for something I didn't request. Bait and switch operation. Watch Out. read more

Came here during my honeymoon...the lady who did my nails was nice & friendly. However, I got a basic pedicure and acrylic takeoff and my nails came out to $47. It was an extra $5 to remove the shellac from my toes, which I understand. It was $25 for the basic pedicure which I expected. Another $10 for the acrylic take off and $5 to cut and file. Everywhere that I've gone in the past has included cut and file with an acrylic take off. I was not told it would be an extra $5 to cut & file...which I could have done myself. In addition, I had an appointment at 10 AM and services didn't begin until 10:20AM. Super embarrassed about leaving with nails that still need work. Literally looks like I removed the acrylic at home...in addition, I got cut twice. Not to mention that I was left in the middle of my service for my nail tech to attend another client during the time that another nail tech was available.. read more
