This was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've had. The quality of the work was poor from…read morethe start the nails were uneven, bulky in some areas, and not shaped properly. Within just a week, they were already lifting, which should NOT happen with a fresh set done correctly. I reached out to requesting my money back because the service was not done properly the first time and instead of taking accountability, I was told that calling after a week was "too late." That response alone shows the lack of professionalism and care for their clients. I paid for a service that was not done properly and then was completely dismissed when I brought it up. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to get them removed and redone correctly. If you care about quality work and customer service, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional.
