I knew she was a kind, hard working, dedicated Lady and her Salon wold be the perfect place to go. After removing my old set Robbie gave me a fresh set of acrylics with a beautiful ombré look The salon is very clean, everyone wears masks and clients may if they choose, the pedicure stations all get clean liners after every client and new tools are used for clients. For nail clients not only do they wear masks but they have shields between you and them. I've been having my nails done for YEARS so I know a great salon when I see one and when I don't. Have you ever walked into a room of strangers and feel like you had seven heads? That is exactly how I felt every time I walked in. I won't waste my time explaining the latest debacle I just endured at Nails by Flower as it's just not worth it. I will just say, poor customer service, poor communication and extremely unprofessional. I was blamed for something I didn't do and was left stranded without a ride as I was dropped off. Word to the wise...especially the woman with the resting B face, show kindness and respect to people who are helping to pay your bills by providing excellent customer service and concern. Saddest part that it was Flower herself, lied right to my face and showed no remorse for her mistake. My family and I just moved into this area and Nails by Flower was super close so I decided to give them a call. They were able to get me in right away. To note, they are by appointment only. I had Sarah for my pedicure and she was AMAZING! My pedicure was relaxing and my toes look great! I told her I was going on vacation so she picked out a fun, hot pink just like I asked. My friend from NYC came with me and they worried it wouldn't be up to their standards. We are both incredibly impressed. Flower and her team are very friendly and professional. You talk with them the entire time like you are just chatting with a friend. They really care about what you want. Most places I've been make fun of how I want shorter nails and the first time I met flower I told her that and she said "what the client wants is what I give them and there are many girls who don't want longer nails." This is the reason i came back to her over and over. They know most of their repeat clients by name when they walk through the door. My nails I usually get done are with the dip powder because my nails are weak and the chip and the powder is strong and prevents my nails from chipping. Pedicures are the best I've ever had from the massages to the lotions and the quality of it. The green tea pedicure is my favorite. I even accidentally cut my finger when I was cutting up vegetables the night before and they were so gentle and careful to make sure they didn't hurt my finger through my bandaid. I added one picture with a tip added and 2 with a regular dip powder manicure for reference. No matter what I get it is always beautiful. This place is a gem hiding in a little plaza in Depew that is worth every penny. read more

RACIST!!!! BEWARE!!! I do not give the racist title to just anyone, but these people deserve that and more!!! I am not sure how this place has any good reviews at all. I would not be surprised if it is some of their staff writing them! Aside from being rude and hardly professional, and clearly racists, my nails were not even done well- from the shape to the polish. I had to ask the technician to fix the polish that was overflowing on my cuticles numerous times! Flower is argumentative and aggressive for no reason. While her husband is the more meeker of the two, they both exhibited several levels of unprofessionalism during my experience with them. A previous reviewer mentioned how messy their color selection is, and how they rudely RUSH your experience, and I can not agree more! Glad to see this did not just happen to me! Once they are ready to polish, they hand you a stack of like 5 attached wheels with colors in no particular order and then demand for you to pick a color immediately! In addition, my cousin, who was in town for a trip, was rudely told to get up and move out of the seat she was sitting in and sit in the front because they had other pedicure appointments coming in. After I was therefor over an hour, I realized that there were no other pedicure appointments that came in. So, WHY did they tell her to move??? I could go on and on, but the point here is this- if you care about how, where and why you spend your hard earned dollars, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS! I'm from the west coast and one of the weirdest things I noticed about New York is the factory run nail shops . I'm not a fan of the nail salons that are run like assembly lines. So when I found Nails by Flower I was relieved. It's a small nail shop that is family owned and run. They are very thorough and the quality of work they put in always shows. I always get a dip mani and I swear they last for a minimum of 3 weeks. There maybe quite a bit of a wait if you try to walk in on a weekend so an appointment is recommended. I really wanted to like this place. They had great reviews and are conveniently located for me. I gave this place three chances and they pretty much failed on all fronts. First time I made a last minute appointment and there was hardly a wait but they gave very little direction for a new client and I felt wildly uncomfortable trying to figure out where to sit and go. Also their color pallets to choose from, the actual thing they give you to choose from, is a mess. It's impossible to find a color and it's unorganized, not to mention that most of the numbers repeat so it's hard to decipher. But ignoring all that I went ahead with my pedicure and dip. Bob was okay, didn't speak much which was fine with me, but he did my nails VERY crooked, which ny regular nail lady has never had an issue with. The pedi was fine but the dip set was subpar at best. I figured maybe it was an off day and maybe he isn't that great at the dips so I went back again to give them another shot. Bob, takes me the second time and remembering that he wasn't great with dips, I tell him full set. Awful, again! Just crooked, not down to the cuticle, two nails broke after 3 days and it was just not great for the amount of $$ I spent. So I decided I would try ONE MORE TIME with maybe a different tech this time. But I didn't even get to the service part. Made an appt for 12pm. At 12:15pm Flower comes up and says "I know you made an appointment but the lady that is right here cannot wait so could you please wait?" I looked around at the full chairs, and multiple people waiting and said "No" knowing it was gonna be at least another 30 minutes. I agree with another reviewer, what's the point if making appointments for people if you're going to ignore them and put your regular clients ahead of them. If you don't want my money, just say that, but don't waste my time. Could've been a great opportunity to gain a regular client that spends $200+ a month on regular service. Instead they sent my money down the street to my regular salon. I won't be returning. This is maybe a good place for a one time need or apparently if you've known the owner and have been a regular. I have been going to a different salon for about a year and recently has been inconsistent and makes my powder dip very thick so they only last about two weeks. I finally tried something new, and went to nails by flower and was very pleasantly surprised. I was in buffalo for a month from Arizona, I had broken a nail and my set was wayyyy over do for a fill/replacement! I found this place with great reviews so I decided to try it! I walked in on a Saturday morning (not recommended I now know as Saturday's are very busy!) however, after a 30 ish minute wait the girls got me in. I was absolutely blown away with how friendly, and professional they were, as well as the over all cleanliness of the entire salon, it was outstanding! Best quality dip I've ever received, totally reasonable prices too! I was told week day walk ins are okay, but it's highly recommended to make an appointment any day you want to get right in!! I called to make an appt in advance. I asked to pick a time that they would be the least busy. They chose 1030. I arrived at 10:30 and was not given any service until 45min later. I asked why I was not getting any help since I made an appointment for that very reason. She explained they still had customers they were taken care of. Then why did I make an appointment? OK so then can I please get my services done quickly? I was there until almost 115!! It should not take 3 hours for a pedicure and gel nails. The worst part is my nails look horrible!! They are streaky and Do not go down to the cuticle. so, I will have to have them fixed again by the end of the week. The owner was not very kind and not very accommodating and made me feel guilty for making my appointment and being on time. My relaxing day turned into a stressful one. I will never go back. I NEVER leave bad reviews. That's how bad my experience today was. I got my nails done by Bob. I recently moved back to the area and am in need of a new nail tech so I figured I'd try these people. Don't go here if you want anything except a solid color. Awful attitude from him the second I asked for a design. During the design he did it so sloppy and didn't even seem like he was trying. The WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL part was when the other nail tech came up next to him and made a joke she wanted to get her nails done. Bob goes "you're not getting a design" then the girl goes "I know better than to ask for a design.". Bob then starts going "I'm all designed out. No more designs." Extremely rude. The design wasn't even complicated nor was it well done. The heart on my middle finger looks like he didn't even try. Paying $60 for this (it was a FILL by the way) is ridiculous and I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I've never felt so insulted getting my nails done. If you can't do something, just say that instead of half assing it. A waste of my time and money. read more

I went here to get my nails done today and also a bunch of times before that. And every time I go they do a wonderful job. I have never once had a broken nail in between my appointments. They always fill my nail right up to my cuticle so there is no space at all. I wasn't rushed and I enjoy the atmosphere and how they all are kind and very sweet. They offer multiple different services and even when I got my eyebrows and my lip; it was done perfectly. No hair left at all. I would recommend this place to any family member or friend of mine. I had my nails done by TA, (the guy), kristy, and flower and I do not Have one complaint for any of them. Each one took their time and didn't rush me..
