The first time I went here I had a great experience. Yesterday was not as great (more so for my friend than me). I went with a friend who is getting married this upcoming weekend and wanted her nails done so I recommended here. She was getting a mani/pedi and I was just getting a pedi so she got there before me. She had shown them a picture with a pretty yet simple design and they ultimately didn't do it. They also persuaded her into getting powder dip nails and didn't discuss any pricing, so she felt a bit blindsided at checkout. Her pedicure turned out great though. My pedicure also turned out great! However, the technician who did my pedicure dug a little too deep into my cuticle and my toe was throbbing by the end of the night. Also, the color selection for gel colors is very unorganized and it was irritating having to dig through baskets of color swatches to find what I wanted. I will try them again but was underwhelmed this time around. read more

I recently got a promotion and it was my first paycheck with a raise, I decided to treat myself with a set of gel X nails to celebrate and I'm so glad I did. I recently moved to buffalo as well and wasn't sure where to go, my friend reccoment LT and I'm SO GLAD! Not only did they fit me in the day I called every one was so nice and professional. I was sat with Hanna ( so sorry if I'm misspelling her name) SHE WAS AMAZING! Not only did she take on the French design I want with ease she was so so speedy I was extremely impressed. I was also shocked at the price some of the other places I looked into charged 120+ for similar sets this was only $75 ( $73 if you use cash ) I love LT nails and my fabulous nails now! Decided to try this nail spa out with my bestie since I moved to Hamburg and needed a new nail place. My bestie made the appointment for 2 manicures because I hadn't specified that I was going to get a full set - unfortunately they were not able to accommodate me for a full set so my review is just for the manicure, space, and service. The manicure itself was done very quickly, but because of this, I don't think my nails cured correctly and 2 nails chipped as I was getting into my car. I was also a bit annoyed because the appointment was made for 2 of us and they didn't bother to sit us next to each other so we didn't really get to talk. On top of that, my manicurist was mumbling and had a mask on so I had a hard time hearing and understanding anything he said to me. I appreciate their safeness but felt uncomfortable not understanding anything he said to me to the point he gave up trying to get me to understand and just hurriedly finished my nails. They have a nice spa with a lot of tables and chairs available for pedicures and a wide variety of colors, but the service could use a bit of work. read more

I have never had a worse manicure in my life. I went two days before my wedding with my bridesmaids. We made the appointment weeks in advance in order to be able to sit next to each other. We were all so far from each other it was useless to go together. My nail tech was Hanna and then Huy took over. They cut my thumb cuticle so bad it was bleeding and I could sense the panic in the nail tech. It hurt so bad that I couldn't have him buff the nail out. The next day I woke up and my finger was so swollen and infected. I needed a silver sulfa cream in order to have the infection go down. This was THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. My cuticles and the skin around my fingers were PEELING. I have never had this issue before in my life after a manicure. I messaged Huy on Instagram and he told me "discount for next visit". No thank you. I will not be back. read more

Went there on a Tuesday. I was immediately rushed for my service and my two other friends as well my one friend got a FULL set of acrylics and the gentleman helping her was clearly annoyed because she was nervous about her design. Instead of being compassionate and walking her through it he rushed. Her nails looked AWFUL! They were extremely wide and he didn't even try with the nail art. Unless your a bills wife/girlfriend don't expect much besides being rushed and given the cold shoulder. read more

Just no. $40 fill plus $5 because I wanted my cuticles cut. I've never been to a salon where they charge you extra for a simple service that usually is included everywhere else. Not to mention, the fill was rushed and it was obvious. Not all my nails are the same shape and the sides of my nails also aren't painted. They also re-use the equipment (file, cuticle cutter, etc.) and I did not see any sterilizer anywhere. Maybe it's because I'm not from around here, but I've never had such bad service and results from a nail salon. Definitely will not be returning. read more

LT nails was recommended to me when I posted on fb looking for a new nail place. I went in today, with nubs I mean, I had 4 acrylic nails snap off which has never happened before so I cut them all down to match, with the acrylic still on! I went into LT nails today, and told them what happened. The man who did my nails put in the work with them! I wish I had a before picture but just imagine misshaped red short nails with acrylic on them, looking awful! He transformed my nails and made me feel pretty again! read more

They handle the business/high-demand very well and do amazing art work. Everytime I go here I've left with the exact nails I've wanted and so many compliments. Don't bother making an appointment because they do not honor them. I've been to this place 5 times and had to wait a half hour each time, even with an appointment. And watching them take other clients without appointments before. Very unorganized and inefficient establishment. Hamburg deserves better. read more
