Went here a couple weeks ago for a pedicure. Overall great experience! I called earlier in the day to see if they had any availability, and they got me booked for 5pm. My only complaint was still having to wait about 20 minutes before actually getting started. Loved how many options they had for the type of pedicure treatments - i opted for the Cosmo Spa Pedicure. Very clean atmosphere, and the massage chairs were top tier. Will try them for a manicure next! read more

I'm obsessed with Glamour Nails! I have been getting my nails done here for a little over a year now and the gel manicures I get here last way longer than what I get at any other salon! They get busy, so there can often be a wait, especially if you are getting a design, but to me it is worth it! I've tried a lot of other places before I found Glamour Nails and just don't get the same care and quality. I've been to just about every nail tech and they all do a good job! However, if I'm getting a design I will usually see Serena. Had a great experience here this week. I needed somewhere that could get me in for a full set and a pedicure and they had 2 appointments left for the day so I snagged one. My pedicure was fantastic - the best I've had in a while. I didn't catch the name of the owner or the other lady that helped with my pedicure but they were both great. They were easy to communicate with and very friendly. They really cared about their work. The prices are on par with most of the other salons I've been to. My sister wanted to get her nails done so we came here. The prices are pretty good for what you get. We got a basic pedicure and I also got a manicure with acrylics and gel. I like how the nails came out but they only lasted 2 weeks before popping off. At other places I've had them last a while longer. I have been a customer of glamour nails on and off for the past 4 years. The last 3x I went there I was not completely satisfied. 3 strikes and you're out with me! So first was the pedicure. The gentleman dug into the sides of my bidlg toe and proceeded to pull a string of skin which made me bleed and hurt days after. I said nothing. Then when I went back, I asked him not to dig in sides and he complied with I appreciated. However, I decided to get a full set as well. I asked for Almond shape. They were so terrible looking all different shapes and lengths, most noticeably the thumbs, looked like he used 2 different sized nails and they were different lengths and shapes. It felt rushed. I dunno why most nail places get mad when you want shorter nails. I decided to go back 2 weeks later for the fill but went with a different person. She was absolutely terrible as well. Everything she did hurt me. Digging her dirty nails into my skin every step of the way. Bending my nails back, filing very rough, it supposed to be a relaxing experience, I WAS NOT RELAXED. With every stroke of the file, pain. Then She cut my cuticle with the tool because she had her foot pressed down ALL THE WAY. THEN blames me and says, honey you need to relax" so once she goes to paint, she goes okay you pay now. I was like I don't appreciate that you guys ask for payment before the job is completed. So i pay before they are painted and sit back down to get painted. I noticed the ring fingers were different shape I asked for coffin (which I had filed at home myself because the Almond looked so God awful) She told me that's because I wanted them so short. I said honey what does that have to do with anything one ring finger looks square and the other coffin. I'm asking for them to look consistent, both fingers, length has nothing to do with it. She said honey you have 10.fingers and you complain about 1 finger you have 9 other fingers. Then I finally said something about the last time I was here the man didnt do a good job. So the man who did my nails last time comes over and stands over me in a threatening way, made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, I would not look at him but I could tell he was mad. Mind you, the whole time they talk crap in their language about their customers, which is super unprofessional. I had to go home and once again fix my own nails. I gave it 3 strikes, now I'm done with them. read more

Especially during Covid we did not wear a mask they didn't wash their hands they used Unsanitized tools when he was clipping my cuticle it still had other peoples skin on it then the ATM wouldn't work. the one guy was trying to rush me and my friend out because her baby was crying they made me pay with cash app or I couldn't leave when I requested my money back and called they ignored the call and they declined my refund on cash app highly not worth my money read more

My girlfriend and I went for mani / pedi on 1/28/19. I had been here twice before with no problems. However, on this visit the lady doing my pedi cut my cuticle very bad. She finally got the bleeding to stop. As soon as she did she ran this plastic bristle brush over my toes and cut it back open. She never buffed the self tanner off my nail. I asked for a French and paid for a French but she never put a base coat on. With it being winter every time I took my sock off that scab on my cutical came off too. It was painful and took forever to heal. I asked for the $13 manicure but got charged like $30. I couldn't understand a word she said. I understand they are from another country but at least understand and speak the commen words in your industry. My girlfriend pedi was fine. However her mani was a mess. She asked for a French on short nails and he told her that her nails were to short. Meanwhile I was getting a French manicure on short nails. She pointed that out to her nail tech. He painted half her nail pink and half white. She asked to make the line smaller and he ignored her. It looked terrible. We went there to go relax and it was an awful experience. I like this nail salon. I usually get pedicures here. It is clean and the technicians do a good job. There are usually three male technicians and one female. They have many polish colors to choose from and will do a design on your big toe for $5. I like the spa massage chairs, but the one on the far end has been broken each time I have been there. If you sit there, you lose out on the chair massage, which is my favorite part. Mon-Wed are the slowest days but they move the customers through fairly quickly when they are busy. Not to be gross, but if you have an ingrown toenail ask for the female owner to take care of it for you. She does an amazing job and it doesn't hurt! read more

I go here all the time. Depending on which nail tech you get - some of them are extremely slow and some can do your nails in 20 mins ! I have learned who is fast and request that same person every time. I like the salon and my nails always look great. If you have extremely long nails, they do them too thin and they will break. Friends of mine with super long nails will not go here. I have medium length nails, and they are perfect for me. Not sure about the other reviews - regarding nail color selection - but the wall of nail colors is HUGE. read more

I've read both good and bad reviews on this shop, and honestly up until today, I was just okay with it. However, I went in today, and my attitude was upgraded 100%. The tech was Rose and this girl was absolutely awesome!!! For starters she has never done my nails before, so I was a little skeptical, but from hello, I felt comfortable. She asked all the right question, along with giving great advice. It took a bit longer than usual, but this young lady is a perfectionist and it shows. I will definitely continue going to this salon and she will be who I recommend from now on. Cant wait to take my daughters to get them a set. read more

This is the dirtiest nail "salon" that I have ever been to! One of the manicurists was walking around in BARE feet. And the floor didn't look like they had been leaned since the Spring mud season. This was hands down the worst manicure I've ever had. They didn't know how to apply chrome nails. It was uneven, blotchy, and half of it came off after she applied the topcoat. After having them remove the chrome powder and re-apply another coat of black gel (hoping this would quickly solve the problem), I walked to pay with wet nails and dried top coat all over my hands. After blaming me for the botched nail job, they still tried to charge me full price for a long, awful experience.
