Definitely won't be going back. I had an appointment last Monday at 10. They showed up 15 minutes late to open. They proceeded to do my nails and a pedicure... the whole time FaceTiming other people. Fine, whatever. I'm not chatty anyway. But it felt like my service was incredibly half assed. Not even a week later, my nail pops off. I have never had my ANC dip just chip and pop off from anywhere else. I'm a stay at home mom, I wasn't doing anything crazy. I went back to get it fixed and was charged... once I got home, another one of my nails chipped. I refuse to get it fixed and go back. Do not recommend at all. I would also like to add the day after writing this review, 2 of my other nails just completely fell off. While I was folding laundry. I've had $7 press on nails last longer than what I paid $50 for there. read more

Came back again today and once again got quality service. It definitely does depend on the nail tech you get, but for the past few times I've had a good outcome. Lin does a wonderful job and another man whom I forget his name (I've had less luck with the ladies for some reason). They were not busy so the guy really took his time and they came out perfect! He also kept complimenting my nail beds and suggested I go for gel versus acrylic to keep my nails as nice as they are. I found this to be awesome because rather than just up-selling the acrylic he was honest with me and genuinely cared about keeping my nails healthy. read more

My nails are in worse shape than when I walked in there. I just wanted a gel manicure, and waited for 55 minutes. After they took me, they didn't even brush of the station for me. My hands were on someone else's nail grindings, gritty and filthy. The floors were dirty, and there were naughty children running and screaming. I used to love this place, but it's a filthy unsupervised daycare. Not to mention, 6 days after my gel manicure was done, it was chipping. I pay the extra so my nails will last 2-3 weeks. Also, if you're going to act like it's a better service than a regular Mani, maybe use something better than bath and body works clearance lotion on my hands. This jusy feels cheap and dirty. I'm just really upset at them. I've been a customer of theirs for 5 years and it's gotten progressively worse. It was better even before the remodel. They get 2 stars because their eyebrow waxing has always been amazing. read more

I went here today to get my filled and repainted for a wedding. Not expecting to have a painful experience... as he was filing my nails he opened skin and it bled... and then he continued to keep going, as I pulled away and said "ow" a few times... I left and continued my shopping, thinking they were just red and then realized the skin had reopened and they were still bleeding. I went back and all they had to say was, "they're okay". Went in to get an ombre gel set the menu said full gel sets are 40. Sat down and the lady said no its 50, wasnt going to argue because i heard they did an amazing job. The lady that did my nails wouldn't talk to me, instead she ignored me and talked to her peers. As she applied the pink acrylic I told her she wasn't putting enough on and that it was going to come out incorrectly, she said "I know what I'm doing, I've done ombre". Honestly instead of going in such detail, ill sum it up. She did a half ass job, and my nails look beyond dumb. Went there today and got a horrible pedicure, the guy cut a chunk out of (skin) one of my big toes and a small cut on one next to it. I have never had a more unpleasant pedicure in my life. I thought it was so painful because I haven't been in a year I was wrong. Wouldn't be going back there. read more

Saturday was my first time at this salon. I was getting white tips. They were very nice and were polite. Don't remember what her name was, but the gal who did my nails did an excellent job. Plus, it's not that expensive. When she told me the total was $30, I was shocked. I expected more than that. I'll definitely be returning. read more

I'm gonna start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE. one service is terrible!! they start your nails then walk away and scrub someone else's feet.. then come back to u 10 minutes later that's not even the biggest issue here. I went two Sundays ago on a Sunday, got an acrylic fill this is not my usual salon i had a trip the next day and needed them done. when she did my nails she drilled them and put some stuff on them that burned for the whole time! I let her know and her daughter just sprayed alcohol on it and blew on them. awful and very uncomfortabl. fast forward two weeks my nails were all broken so I took them off and I have a huge cut under one of the nails that was burning and a fungal infection on it. DONT GO HERE‼now I have to heal and treat my nails before I can get them done again. I'm miserable and mad by the way i paid 50 $ for a fill that was the worst nail experience I've ever had . read more

Terrible customer service!!!! I went to the new space they moved into that use to Aeropostale. I signed in, asked the lady at front if they could do a full set, coffin shaped with hologram gel or polish if they had it. Took awhile for them to translate to one another my request. Finally a lady walked over and repeated what I wanted, I said yes. She already had a bad attitude and was training a new person at the same time. She was very aggressive and rushy when attempting to do my full set. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she begin to do stiletto(pointy witch nails). She was poking my nail meat with scissors while she was so called trying to formulate the coffin shape. I then yelled "ouch, you are poking me with the sharp scissors". She replied, "no that's the nail glue". I said, "how is the nail glue poking me? I can see with my eyes you are poking me with the scissors". She had an even worse attitude after that. She then begin to talk in her native language and a few workers came over and stood around talking too. A few other aggressive things she begin to do like filing roughly and drilling carelessly nipping my cuticles and causing bleeding. I got up and left before she could make it to the other 9 fingers to complete this torture. She begin to yell and fuss and talk crap. I could've went back and forth and act a fool but I choose to remain calm and refused further services. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went to Luxury Nails across the street in the TJ Max/Popeye's shopping center and had star class treatment. They were friendly, welcoming, and took their time. I got exactly what I asked for no questions asked! No bad attitudes! I will continue to go back and give my money to people who earn it and are doing quality work with great attitudes. read more

First time here as I just moved to Buffalo - needed a fill and I love fun designs. The actual fill was quick and efficient and the length and shape were as requested. I arrived around 5:00 to get my eyebrows done. I haven't been here since Covid started and they usually do such a great job, so I decided to come back to get them done again. It's now 6:30 and no one has came up to me or has taken me back at all to do my eyebrows. Mind you, there were 2 other people waiting beside me to get their nails done. There were two employees just walking around doing nothing. It's like they don't want the money. I overheard the one worker on the phone annoyed with a customer because they were closing in 30 minutes. She just kept stating that they were closing in 30 minutes and that they weren't taking any more customers, then hung up. So you're not taking any more people, or just not letting anyone else into your store? Technically you are open until 7 pm and should be taking in customers. If you didn't want to take in any more customers don't be open until 7. I got up and crossed my name off and no one said anything. Please go somewhere else if you can! Something that would've taken me (and the workers) 5 minutes to complete should not of taken me an hour and a half to wait for. 100% a waste of time. I will not be coming back whatsoever. read more

I asked for a full set with gel, however they made me pay before actually getting my nails done, then proceeded to leave me waiting at the table while they went to attend to another customer. Once they finally got around to doing my nails, they didn't even give me a manicure, didn't cut down/ trim my nails nor file them, they laid the acrylic on to my cuticles, put one coat of nail polish on and left. It was not only unprofessional, but arguably discriminatory. I will not be spending my money there again. read more

After my top coat dried she filed my nails again ruining the sides of my nails. When I went back to get them fixed she was rude & said I had to pay again. My sister has been going here for some time now and I decided to give them a try, especially since they just remodeled. I walked out feeling very happy with how my nails looked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as I asked for short acrylic nails with mood changing gel polish. The girl who did my nails took her time and made sure I liked the length and shape of nails and made sure they were straight. Went in with a few family members for pedicures. The wait wasn't awful, but we still waited for about 20 mins even though we had reservations. Most of the workers are extremely rude and don't care much about customer service. Most other salons like this that i've been to at least have technicians that will attempt to have conversation, but most of these people were not having it. There were a couple girls who I noticed were very nice, including one who seemed to speak English as her first language. They were fast and the result was good, but afterward we noticed them TAKE OUR TOE SEPARATORS AND USE THEM ON OTHER CLIENTS. Other yelp reviews for this place say that they've experienced them using dirty tools, and because of what I saw here I would be inclined to believe them. This place appears clean but is pretty nasty when it comes to their tools. Most workers here were rushed, and the male owner was not friendly, but instead very nasty and loud. He even began yelling at one of the girls I was with because he was confused about what she was having done. The nice younger lady who spoke english fluently had to explain to him what was going on and told him to calm down. I would skip this salon. read more

I went on a Tuesday to get a gel manicure and here I am on Friday with chipped nails. I am a student and am barely using my hands. I'm very disappointed that the gel lasted only three days!!!! My normal nail salon is currently closed but my gel manicures from them last up to four weeks and still look new! Nailtique was inexpensive but I've learned you get what you pay for. read more

This was my 3rd visit and my last. The first time I went in I was with my husband (who is a professional athlete) and the owner was a fan and gave us the best treatment and was over the top nice. He also gave an amazing foot massage and both he and the tech that worked on my husband were extremely nice and did a great job. I then recommended this place to a friend and she went and did not have the best experience. I figured it was a fluke and so I went in with her another time and it was just okay service, they did an average job on our nails. I asked another friend about her experience there and she said her wallet was stolen while she got up to wash her hands! I went last night because I only had 1 hour and I live close by and I thought I would give them one more chance. I walk in and every employee looked at me and said nothing. I signed in and stood by the front desk for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally after a person was waiting at the desk to pay behind me, and another person walked in did they ask if I picked my polish. They put me with a girl with very short hair and tomboy looking (didn't get her name because she didn't even look at me let alone introduce herself). She got really annoyed when I said I didn't want the drill used. She did a fine enough job on my manicure, but I just can't get over the fact of how rude every worker was and how when I was with my famous husband they acted totally differently. I was hoping since you are a regular at the salon and that you aremore than welcome to come to us about your complains. Due to all respect, i do recognize this picture from the day you came to our salon, A little over three weeks ago with a friend, Barb. I do recalled Barb was not feeling well that day and Michelle did her best to assist her with barf bags and changed it out a few times. And I'm sorry that the salon gets loud sometime due to high volume of customers. And yes every now and then you will find kids running around that is because employees drop off to visit and stopping in while shopping. And the owners are grandparents of 7 grandkids. Last but not least, the picture does not do any justice. Trust me the children do not hang out at the shop no longer than an hour or so. And I do find it offensive that while some are busy on their turns and other are not allow to be on their cell phones when there is no customer. read more
