This one lasted just about 2 weeks before it chipped and it has been getting stuck in my hair at the base of the nail as they have been growing out. It took away from the experience, along with the water barely at lukewarm after telling him twice it wasn't hot. The location itself is nice. It started to get busier halfway through my service, and I noticed others getting drinks. The man at the front passed around tea, which I took. My service felt thorough and everything felt very clean and up to date. The selection of services and polishes is unbelievable. I have never been to a salon that felt so clean, no nail dust anywhere and the place was immaculate.
