Samantha, my stylist, has been doing what's best for my hair and my style for that whole time. A good listener and full of good advice, these are the things that make her a good choice. Parking can be a bit tricky from time to time. But there are so many restaurants and shops very close by, it's always good to plan a lunch afterwards. After a conversation, I decided to come in and get my hair cut here. I am so glad I did! I had gone to another Buffalo salon that was highly rated for curly hair and it was completely ruined. They cut it with a razor and I spent months thinking it was the end for my hair. I thought I would have to go back to straightening it as the only time it looked decent was when I straightened it. BUT I HAVE CURLY HAIR AND I WANT IT CURLY! I went to another stylist in another state and he couldn't repair the damage (after lobbing off 5" to get to the razor cut to go away - and I was trying to grow my hair long at the time but obviously, not now). He also cut it all one blunt length which does NOT work for curly hair so I looked like Selma from the Simpsons with triangle hair ANYWAY Carmen miraculously fixed the damage that BOTH stylists did - both the awful razor cut and the blunt cut. She had a real challenge ahead of her as she had so much to fix and she couldn't go much shorter, but she did it. She also took the time to explain every process she was doing and how it improves the curl, as well as to style it and explain and show every single process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO CURLY GIRLS

Paying $75.00 plus a tip and having them look AWFUL without a design even , then PEEL the next day or evening that NIGHT is seriously CONCERNING! I call to get them fixed and that's not a problem, until you get there. You get ATTITUDE from the staff as if iwas YOUR fault that happened! It not only happened to me, my daughter as well! I asked for a glass of wine as the tech FIXED my nails, she said ( WE DON'T GIVE WINE TO A REPAIR...) WHAT????? As if!!! Tony did indeed give it to me, but he too was COLD and STANDOFFISH!
