My nails at 3 weeks from when I got them done, and they still look good!
    Raquel L.

By far the best Nail Salón I've been to in Buffalo! Price is unbeatable $25 for a full set?! $12 for a fill?! That's amazing pricing right there! They are always full, so do expect to be there for about and hour or so but the wait is worth it. I like that I can show them a photo of what I want and they are able to deliver the same results. I always tell them to make my nails more thin(natural) if not they will be a little thick, but that's at any salon I've gone too! I don't ever go with crazy colors, I'm more of a neutral type of gal, but my friend always goes for the crazy details/colors and they come out looking amazing! Need to go get a fill but my nails are 3 weeks from when I got them on, and they look as if I just got them done. Which is why I love coming to this nail salón! For the picture posted: Like I said I love a more of a natural look, and Jenny's nails always is able to do that for me! Usually this cost $60 at another Nail Salon. And at Jennys it only cost me more than half the price which is $25!

Absolutely garbage place! Insanitary and dirty equipment. I don't think they sanitize their tools at all. Its a little bit cheaper than the other places but the quality is almost zero. My manicure with gel started go away after 2 days. They told me 30 $ total without tip, they ask for tip but I did not put tip because the lady who did my nail was very harsh with my nail and CUT my nail bed and it started bleeding a lot. When I got my receipt, I saw that they got 37$!!! From me. What would you call this ! Definitely not go back and don't recommend it.

The girl cut me up quite a bit, still burns. But did a great job with shaping and length. Didn't have to wait. She was very patient with me in explaining just what I wanted. Wish I caught her name. Didn't speak much English but used the customer next to me to translate. She also let me know whenever she had to upcharge me so that the final bill wasn't a surprise. Overall very happy with final product.

When I couldn't get into the place I usually go to for a mani/pedi, I turned to yelp and followed Max D.'s advice and headed over to Jenny's. Not only was I welcome as a walk-in, but I was attended to immediately despite the fact that the place was pretty busy. This is not a fancy place but it is clean. If you want one dedicated person to attend to you and pour you a glass of wine, this isn't the place. But if like me, you would like your nails done in an efficient manner at a more than fair price, then this is the place to go. They seem to have a well oiled system to get you in and out with what you need. One woman prepped my nails, another did the pedi, and then another did the mani. Everyone was friendly and the job was well done. I'm not sure if I just happened to hit the right crowd on the right day, but many of the other customers were very friendly and welcoming too. I will definitely be making this my new place for getting my nails done. Extra Note: they have an entire row of chairs for spa pedicures in addition to multiple manicure stations. So if you want to go with a group of friends, Jenny's will be able to accommodate that.

Although the wait was long, it was worth it. The nail thech with the Waleska shirt was very polite and did an amazing job on my nail. I will definitely be going back. Also my eyebrows turned out amazing

I got my nails done at Jenny's over 2 months ago !! I've been trying to take these nails off since the beginning of April, it's now May 8th !! These nails are so stuck that even soaking them won't take them off !! I tried thread, a card, acetone & even filing them down & they still won't come off ! I don't know what type of glue that they use at Jenny's but it sure isn't nail glue !! Maybe gorilla glue idk !!!?!? I'm not telling you not to go here but damn Jenny's y'all want my nails to stay on forever?!? Shit

Had a good experience at Jenny's getting gel manicures with my friend!

Had a good experience getting my nails gel painted with my friend at Jenny's. I have had not-so-great times here but it was when I just wanted my nails filed and buffed and clear-coated. They looked at me like I was crazy and asked "are you sure?" It seemed clear when they pulled out the acrylic nail samples that they weren't used to working with natural nails. They seem to specialize in painting and designing glue-on nails. So when I was ready for something a little more glam, I grew my nails out and asked them to shape them and gel paint them. Priscilla was very detailed with the shape and even asked if I wanted them more round or square. I wanted them rounded and she did a good job shaping them. When it came time to paint, she showed me some samples but didn't stop there! She walked me through some higher quality polishes including a "mood changing" line. I wasn't sure how varied the colors would be when different temperatures were applied to the nail so she showed me an example of the color I was interested in on her own nails! The color was called "Blue Moon" and layer after layer of the blue alternated with a clear coat was applied and set with a heat machine and they seriously look so beautiful. My natural nails --polish isn't so natural, I suppose-- but they have never looked so lovely. I am super confident about putting my hands all up in everything right now because I know how well-kept these hands look right now. And NO CHIPPING! At least for a couple of weeks. And I haven't gotten to the best part yet: the price was so affordable. It was $20 for the service. I was floored. I felt like I was getting away with something real naughty. But I made up for it by tipping really well because I look so dang fabulous. You can't pay enough for good grooming these days. And baby, I is groomed.

Nails done on July 2 2020

My 1st visit was not long after they where able to open back up from Covid-19 shut down. It was very very busy. I was looking to try a New Nail Salon, I was willing to wait. It was worth the wait. Staff is friendly, fast, Accommodating, creative, respectful. I normally get a French acrylic full set, I wanted something different. I picked out the colors and let my nail tech do her magic. I love it!

I had no idea Stacie was here, located in a space called the Beauty Box New York, which houses several beauty and wellness businesses. The space is newly renovated and decorated very nicely! Definitely a cool and fun place to come and relax while splurging on yourself a little! I had always been curious about semi permanent makeup but didn't know if I was brave enough and was scared of poor results. When I saw my friend share her photo post powder brow treatment I decided it was time to give it a try. Powder brows aren't as heavy as a traditional tattoo and offer a much more natural, yet made up looking effect. I have patchy brows and my oily skin doesn't let me apply makeup the way I want, especially on the brow tails. I spent so much time working on them everyday for them to just rub off. I reached out for some info and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Stacie very quickly. Stacie is both owner of the Beauty Box and Brows by Stacie. Stacie was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I felt very comfortable once we spoke and she didn't pressure me or rush me through my inquiries. I made an appointment and she went through all the pre procedure tips. The procedure itself wasn't too painful. It took about 2 hours and the tattoo portion was very short. Stacie looks at how you usually do your makeup and will map out your brows first. You get to check them and make adjustments as needed then comes the tattoo part. There was some peeling for 2 weeks which she warned me about it in my opinion was well worth it. Stacie was very professional and took her time. I am thrilled with my results. She carefully explained the after care and what to expect. My brows are gorgeous and I don't have to do much in the morning. They healed perfectly and I wake up with a natural looking brow. I am not sure why I didn't come sooner, this is a life changing service. The first appointment comes with a touch up appointment a few weeks later. I highly recommend her for powder brows and also lash lift.

Originally I wanted blue, but the stylist said that this color had too much upkeep. I conveyed I wanted something that would last for at least 2 months on my trip, so she recommended a coral color, which was fine by me. The quality of the color was abysmal. My hair faded out with the first wash with color safe shampoo 3 days later. After the second wash, my hair was just bleached blonde and not at all what I wanted. Things happen, so although I was disappointed that I couldn't have the fun hair I was looking for on my trip, I wasn't that upset. I emailed the studio from Europe and they said they would help with a refund. After emailing back and forth for several weeks, they said they would finally issue a refund. However, it never happened and then the studio stopped replying to my follow-up emails. Really disappointed with the level of talent dying hair bold colors, but even more disappointed by the lack of customer service. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a studio you can trust.

I'll start with this. 500 Seneca is a maze. Do not do what I did and think you can find things by powering through. No, read the signs and follow the directions so you do not spend a good 10 minutes wandering down back halls past loading docks. Unless that's your jam. If you prefer clearcut instructions, then hear this: Google Maps will lead you to the wrong place. It is in 500 Seneca, which is most commonly accessed from Seneca St. You don't want that entrance. You want to drive around onto Myrtle Ave, till you've almost hit Hamburg St, then look for parking. They let their dogs wander around in the studio, so take note if you have allergies or fears. I appreciated that the prices were visible on the website but was disappointed that you couldn't book directly there .I had to call to see about availability. And while they could see me that day, I'm a millennial - I don't like phones. I had a good chat with the individual who did my hair, and may go back and give them another shot, but I went in because my ends were split so I needed a trim to bring it up. She missed many of the split ends going with the estimated length I gave her. I would hope that whichever professional I see would feel comfortable overriding me to at least say "this will not get all your ends. Would you like to continue or go shorter?" That way I have a choice rather than being disappointed the next day when I realize. Best two things I can say about the service: (1) Good music selection without a TV or other distraction blaring in the background. (2) The first - I repeat: the first - wash basin at a hair salon that hasn't hurt my neck trying to fit into. So super comfortable! I don't know what they did to achieve that, but I'm all for it.
