Coming in the back door has a very deep step. There's a sign you can't miss telling you to be careful, which is great. I was a walkin. On a Monday morning in the Spring. I planned to park in front but on the front door here there's a large, easily visible, sign saying there is free parking in back. Great! Prices posted clearly. While it seems a little rundown, the utensils are clean. The pedi chair is a little older but the massage worked well. The clientele, except me, was all regulars. Love that. Plenty of colors to choose from. Mani/pedi was $35 - going rate for the area. I'll come back. read more

AB nails is clean and to the point- the staff is courteous. I would say they are clean and it is a nice environment. The only thing I would add is that they did not scrub my summer beach feet - so they were not exactly as soft as id hoped! The location isn't especially classy. The bathroom smells and everything needs updating ... but the pedicure was great and cheap. The woman who did my pedicure was very careful, unlike other local places that get overzealous in trimming my nails and cuticles and have cut me. read more

If I could select no stars I would!! --- When I entered None of the three women greeted me. One woman said What you want? I said my feet, She said a pedicure. I said yes. No more conversation...... I went to pick out my color then went and sat where the water was running and sat down. A woman came and sat. didn't speak to me just touched me when she wanted to move my feet. She was speaking her native language to the woman next to her the entire time she was working on my feet. She didn't scrub the bottoms of my feet or use any type of scrub on my legs as I am used to them using. just a lotion and Massage?/pounding on the top of my feet. She did however snip one foot on two toes and the other foot on one toe. She also left the nails on my left foot ragged and I had to file them down when I got home and noticed it. She finally spoke to ask me dark? when it came time to polish my nails as there were 2 colors on the tray. when she finished and had put my sandals on my feet she just got up and walked away! Very rude from start to finish. I should have complained then and there but just couldn't believe how changed the place was from when I had been there last. I will say ---I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! I will also give them a no star rating everywhere I can. I am from Buffalo, NY so will be looking for a GOOD place to go from now on read more

I came in for a mani/pedi and the gentleman who worked on my nails did a fabulous job. Everyone was kind and the pedicure was great. When I chipped my nail, they took me in right away to fix it up. Color selection is pretty standard. I will definitely return. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon. I will never go back here. The water for my pedicure was cold, I had to tell the girl she missed spots on two of my nails for nail polish and she had to fix them. Then I get a full and she asks me if I want them cut down and I say a very tiny little bit and she cuts down almost to my skin!!!!! Then I ask her to put acrylic on the tops because they were way too short and she didn't understand what I was asking. She had to call someone else over and I had to explain it to her and it still took them both a really long time to comprehend what I was asking which was really very simple. On top of her taking off two nails that I didn't want taken off and redone. I left the salon not even 50 minutes ago and my gel polish already is peeling! I definitely will not go back read more

Was planning to leave a three star review, but my gel manicure started peeling on two nails after just four days. grr They were able to get me in fairly quickly. I called and they said come right in. By the time I arrived a couple of walk-ins had been seated, but I was still seen in about 15 minutes, maybe less. They told me to choose my color, but all the gel bottles are opaque or in boxes... no samples available to choose from so I had to literally open the bottles to see many of the colors... Not the worst, but not the best. The staff was super friendly. The owner/manager (?) made an effort to make small talk and answer all my questions. The woman who actually did my manicure gave one syllable answers to anything I asked her. There may have been a language barrier, so none of my star deduction is because of that. The place was not clean but not filthy... I've seen better and worse. Don't go here if you're a germaphobe. The price was very reasonable, but I got what I paid for, now that my manicure that usually last 2-3 weeks is coming off after four days. Live and learn, and don't come here for gel manicures :) Since the staff was so friendly I would consider returning for other services. read more

I came here for pedicure twice and both times left very satisfied. I remember feeling uneasy the first time about someone working on my feet, but that feeling disappeared pretty fast. The gentleman that worked on my feet did a great job both times. He made me feel comfortable, made sure that my massage chair was always on. I didn't feel rushed at any point, his touch was always gentle. I received a wonderful calf and foot massage. And I am happy with the way my nails look. I am a perfectionist when it comes to missed spots on my polish. But luckily, he is as well :). The result was long lasting the first time, and I don't expect anything less this time either. A few coworkers recommended this place so I decided to walk in for gel nails on a Tuesday during my lunch. They didn't have anyone waiting so they took care of me right away. I paid $20 and added a $5 tip. My nails looked great but on Saturday the gel on my thumb peeled off. I called and was told that there was no guarantee on nails but to come in and they would fix my thumb polish. I was not able to go in that evening but planned to do so on Monday. By Sunday, the rest of the gel peeled off on almost each finger. I would not go back nor would I recommend this place. read more

The salon is exactly okay. No frills. I got an ingrown nail infection after get my nails done (full set) which has never happened in my many years getting my nails done. I hope it was a fluke but I won't be returning to find out! read more
