Cece started rushing me all the time, taking on multiple customers at the same time, getting frustrated when you asked question and the quality of the work just declined. This past week she canceled on me last minute so I made an appointment for another day. Life happens. I was excited to try a new shape and design because I always get the same thing. So I showed her a picture, but right away she started doing something different. I'm learning to speak up for myself so nervously I told her I'm not sure if I like the design on my nails because maybe it works best for people with a different nail shape or complexion. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, she wanted to go home early, or just in a bad mood, but she didn't like that at all. She got really angry, yanked my hands and yelled at me "YOU'RE A TEACHER WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW?!" When I tell you I was in shock... I have never been talked to that way by anyone in my life. I stayed calm, told her to please not speak to me like that and asked her to just give me the same color I always get.
