She really took the time to listen to me, and I felt like I was able to convey my desires for the result I'm hoping to achieve. Kym did a beautiful job on my nails and I love the atmosphere in the salon. It's fun and lively and didn't feel elitist or judgmental, which can happen at salons. My builder gel fill was done in 25 minutes (the salon I went to before I moved to Buffalo took minimum 1 hour and looked immaculate). They don't prep your nails well and don't touch your cuticles. I had to ask for cuticle oil because my nails still looked so dry, like I had them done for a week. My pedicure was also very rushed and had a poor paint job. I was in the salon for not even an hour for two services which seems insane not only for the cost but the customer experience. It seems like they're just trying to churn customers vs actually giving you their full attention and being attentive to detail.

I started seeing her several years ago per the recommendation of a friend who, with Shannon's help, let her natural grey grow out and looked phenomenal the entire time of her transformation. I wanted the same experience and Shannon did not disappoint. We started with cutting my hair a little shorter than usual - to just below my ear lobes. Shannon added lowlights to tone down the existing full head brown dye and let my natural grey/white areas work as highlights. Then she gradually cut off the brassy-blond left over from coloring and let my hair grow longer again. Now I have shoulder length grey hair with natural white-silver highlights and am loving it! First she tried to charge me for the service to fix the issue, when I told her that I did not expect to pay for her fixing the problem she became extremely rude toward me in front of all the other customers and staff. I am now at another salon that had to book multiple appointments to safely work on my nails due to the extent of the damage. Unbelievably poor customer service and overall not a good person.
