Its well lit and very clean inside. 2. Service is great. Ive never been turned down for a walk in appointment or had to wait excessively long. And im always offered a glass of wine or bottle of water. 3. The massage chairs are a cut above the rest. I would honestly pay just to sit in one for 30 minutes without getting my nails done! Ive never been to another salon with massage chairs this nice. 4. They always get the shape of acrylics right when i get them done. I had nearly given up on ever getting acrylics done again because other salons kept giving me terrible looking acrylics but ive always been happy with what i get here. That being said, i took 1 star away because prices here are higher than average. I personally feel that if im getting a pedicure or acrylics, the upcharge to come here is certainly worth it. If all you want is a simple or gel mani, the experience and result here is fine but not worth the upcharge.

Basically we all stray or for convenience reasons try a random place at times. Well the last salon ( set from there was maybe a week and a half old) was a mess, cracking lifting and chipping and a break. Not only this but I gave the nail tech there extra to clean up my dry peeling cuticles. Well Tammy really followed through with this request, meticulously trimming my dry skin and peeling ( that when anxious I'll pick at ahhh not good), and then did an amazing job on my fill. She evened them all out ( they were embrassingly crooked), and put a nice longer lasting faster drying acrylic polish. I was so pleased to have NEW hands, and now remember why I've been coming here almost ten years! Highly recommend

He wanted to put the color directly on my nail without a base, I had to ask him to add the base. This is pretty off from a standard experience, and if you have never had gel done, you likely would not have known to ask for that. The shaping of my Nails was inconsistent, as I asked him to fix the shaping. He seemed irritated and wanted to just move onto the next step in the process. While painting, my nails, there were spots he missed, I asked him to repaint the spots and at one point he said no, he cannot. Like I said before it got the job done, however I'm not sure it was worth $40 or the aggravation of not getting what I ask for when I ask. Elle Salon is amazing for two reasons: 1) they cut my hair well (after a lifetime of bad haircuts) and 2) they do an excellent job with color. Until coming to Elle Salon, I've never had my hair colored. And it is jet black. I went in with the criteria "I want it to be a brownish red", not knowing anything about coloring, that dark hair is harder to dye, or which colors go well with which skin tones, etc. But Stacy helped me through the whole process. She told me what to expect, showed me a whole bunch of color swatches that matched my incredibly vague description, explained how certain colors fade and might look funny against my skin tone 6 months down the road...in short, she was amazing. We settled on a subtle allover brown that I was very happy with. So happy, in fact, that when I decided I wanted highlights, I went back to her. I've never had a hair salon experience as good as this, where the stylist really listens to what I want and adds her expertise to create a look that I love. I basically trust her enough to go in and say "do whatever you think will look good". In addition to doing a great job with my hair, their prices are very reasonable. Last time I went for a color touch up, highlights, and a trim, and it was $110. Appointments can be made online at their website, where you select the date, service, and stylist you want. And they even send you a nice reminder email to let you know your appointment is coming up! I live in Elmwood Village and this place is in Depew, but it is 100% worth the drive! Although I've only gone to Stacy, the other clients here all seem really happy when they leave, and the business seems to have a pretty steady clientele. All in all, I highly recommend Elle Salon, and if you want to get your hair colored, Stacy is your girl!
