Been here several times now and glad I stuck it out. Neo was my favorite, but he isn't there anymore. (had to go home for a family emergency) so I started seeing Ken and wasn't happy with the results. Only a few techs who work there do gel fills, but I tried Jane, and she was wonderful! She produced the exact shape and thickness (Fitness) that I was looking for. I am completely satisfied. Incidentally, I was worried that it would be awkward to go in and see Ken but not see Ken... But he was so kind and didn't make it awkward at all. I respect the h*ll out of that. I also love that they play upbeat, contemporary music. read more

Apple is always able to squeeze you in for an appointment but I do feel like the quality in care has gone down a bit. I usually go for a mid grade pedicure and the massages are light and the employee servicing me will often walk away and do other things while I'm getting my massage. I just don't feel like they're as high quality as they used to be. Great if you're looking for a drop in but wasn't the most impressed as I know how they used to treat clients. Interior of the salon is definitely starting to show signs of aging and wear and tear with seats having rips. The music they have playing is all over the place with rap, Christmas and edm all playing at the same time in multiple different languages making the atmosphere not as calming as it could be read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I have come here many times and never had an issue. This time my toe nail polish didn't cure right. And I stopped in was told they didn't have time and to call. So I did, tell me to come in 20 min. When I get there he argues with me about there being nothing wrong and it's my nails .... No sir ... I used to come here and only here. The original owners retired, and there has been a steep decline in quality ever since. I went back a few weeks ago and had a set done. One broke the next day. I went back and had them 'filled' a few days ago and they took off the top layer of old acrylic, but not a whole lot, and 4 have broken since. I believe in tipping for the value of a service and it's rare if it's under $25. The value here no longer justifies this. I won't be back. read more

I get my nails done in dip and they do not disappoint. I have had my nails done by a few different people because I didn't know who I was going to like at first. each person has done a great job. my favorite is Olia. she is so gentle and precise. she takes her time and they look amazing everytime! the prices are great and they definitely go above and beyond with their service! they ask if you want a shoulder massage at the end and they also do your hands up in lotion. I also have gotten my toes done there and it was amazing. they set timers to make sure you're getting everything you paid for! three weeks later and my toes look brand new! absolutely recommend here! read more

For a couple years now, I have taken my mom here for pedicures, instead of the Pediotrist because..., and she deserves the kindness and caring focus they provide. They are very compassionate, paying attention to even the smallest details and even the Basic pedicure feels luxurious. I always schedule our appointment in advance and they are always ready for us as soon as we walk in. That one considerate act takes so much stress off our visit. I made an appt, they called to confirm shortly b4 my appt, and when I arrived, I was happy with the beautiful salon and very friendly staff. I went there to have my dip removed from nails. The owner used a Dremel tool to remove the polish and burn my fingers. Then he used a credit card to remove the rest of the polish causing my nails beds to be damaged. Then he skipped giving me a standard manicure. He then put the polish on and I said that is the wrong color. He said look at the TV and it is too late. I am still shocked at his treatment. I went to a different salon and they were shocked at the damage done to my nails. This is not a place I would ever recommend. In addition, the place is unkept. read more

I came in for a complete reshape of my natural nails and a french tip. I was able to get in pretty last minute on a Sunday and I was so happy they could accompany me. Lily did my nails and they are STUNNING. I knew at least 2 of my nails were broken and she was so gentle in the repair and added tips so I wouldn't have to cut down all of my nails. The new shape is absolutely perfect and I can't wait to go back! I know it's not always easy to find your go to nail salon but this will be my new place. The staff are all so kind and inside is like a breath of fresh air (which I would not expect from a nail salon) but It was so fresh and clean.
