I've been here 2 times and both times were fantastic. It's clean and the people who work here are detail oriented and kind. The last time I came was to prepare for my wedding. Christina was wonderful, took her time and made sure my mani pedi was going to last. It did last the entire 2 weeks of my elopement and honeymoon, which were on a beach. This place is awesome !!! I went in there for the first time around the beginning of December, to get a gift certificate for my wife to get all of her nails done for her Tae Kwon Do Black Belt test. I went with her, and they let me sit in the massage chair next to her the whole time. It was awesome !!! So comfy and relaxing. My wife LOVED her pedicure and manicure. All the girls in there are SO friendly, pleasant and professional. It was really a great experience. Although I would "never" get MY nails done ( I'm much too masculine for that ), we both totally enjoyed out time in the spa. The girls are so much fun. Anyway, my wife's nails turned out beautiful. They even put little black belts on them. She passed her test. For Christmas she got me and my Daughter a gift certificate for a pedicure. Thank you Honey, but I will NEVER get that done. Well, last week we did. All 3 of us went in and had a family spa day. They both got their fingers and toes done, me....just my toes. I absolutely did not want to be there. I wanted to disappear. I felt so awkward and out of place. I am way to masculine for this. Sue, the girl at the desk, and Julliette, my nail tech, made me feel So comfortable. They erased my fear instantly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Julliette is SO amazing. My discomfort turned into comfort and relaxation and pleasure. The pedicure felt so amazing. I loved every minute of it. It was so relaxing. I did feel incredibly bad for Julliette though. The whole time. I felt SOOO bad for her. My feet are so ugly. I have had 3 joints fused in each foot. I have 3 screws and staples in each one.They are fat, swollen, discolored and covered with surgical scars. I felt so bad for precious Julliette. She was rubbing and massaging and trimming thick ugly nails and yuck, yuck, yuck. I felt so guilty making her do that. I'm not paying her enough to do this, I kept thinking. Finally I said to her, "I'm sorry you have to do this". She looked up at me as she was rubbing my ugly foot, with a beautiful, pleasant smile and said, "I love doing this." I melted. I just wanted to get up out of the chair and give her a huge hug. She made much more than my day. Julliette turned something I dreaded into a wonderful, amazing experience that I will never forget. My feet feel better than they ever have. I went back to the salon the next day to tell them how amazing my feet feel, and what my feelings were before and after my pedicure. I told them how much I appreciated what they had done for me. Julliette was doing a pedicure on some other lucky person at them time. When I told her how happy I was with her and my AN nails experience, she stopped what she was doing and came and gave me my hug. It was so amazing. I really love this place. I can't wait until my toenails get long enough to justify going back for another pedicure. I am going to take my 15 year old Son with us next time too. It is such an awesome experience. Thank you very much, Julliette, Sue, and all the other girls there too. They are all precious. Every time I have been in there, there has been a man getting a pedicure too. I went to this salon on Monday afternoon, with an appointment at 1:45, however I wasn't seen until 2:30ish. I don't understand how I had to wait for 30 mins, especially with an appointment. The owner was nice, and all but the technician that worked on me was not nice at all. She was really rude and aggressive towards me. She kept yanking my hands, and she cut me with her nail E-file a few times. She didn't even BOTHER TO SAY SORRY. I mean, at least say sorry when you cut someone! Her name is Crystal, if you do happen to get her, please hope she used clean instruments on your nails. She did chrome on my nails, the next day it chipped.... I called the salon, and they agreed to fix my nails. So I called them today ( Thursday), to have my nails fixed. The manager/receptionist said she will call me back to see if someone can fix my nails... I waited for 12 mins ( side note: she said give her 2-5 mins to call me back ), she never called me. She didn't bother to even ask for my number. I called the salon and she happened to remember to call me back. Anyways, I went in and Juliet fixed my nails. She was really nice, however not less than 5 hours my chrome has chipped... I live 25 mins away from this salon , it's really frustrating to keep coming back. read more

This is the only place I will ever get my nails done. I go once a month to get gel and the only reason I ever need to go again is because of how much my nails have grown! My nails are much healthier and longer than they have ever been. I normally go to Crystal or Kate but they are all amazing. Crystal does amazing design work. I really love this place. They are very professional and very very clean!! My only complaint would be that if I scheduled with a certain technician (over a month in advance) I would like that technician. Often you show up for your scheduled appointment and you have someone other than who you scheduled with. If it's a timing issue I could be flexible and would prefer to reschedule or change the time to have the technician of my choice. read more

Great nail salon! It is in the Barrington Professional Center, and there is plenty of parking in the back. They were super nice and very patient with all my questions. The man who did my white tip gel nails was very accommodating with my pickiness on the length and got them just right, so don't be afraid to ask for what you want. I deducted one star because there are some little strings in a few of my nails, like lint or dust, but I can only see these imperfections when I'm looking at them closely. Had such a great experience here! Needed a place in Orchard Park as we have family here and visit once a month. Definitely recommend booking an appointment, I went on a Sat and it was busy but I had an appointment booked and got right in on time! It is VERY clean and nice inside, the chairs are incredible, and they do SUCH a great job. Price is VERY reasonable as well, surprising for the Orchard Park area. Right from the start I want to say that An's is clean and that I was satisfied with my manicure and it was reasonably priced. But I won't return because it was a terrible experience. My manicurist spoke zero English. Communication was impossible. Furthermore, and what really turned me off was that I was sat right under a loud TV which had some sort of manly reality show about weapons. What were they thinking? They did turn it down when asked but the fact that it was even on was unpleasant. I went there as a treat but left in a bad mood. Welp. I went in with very high expectations. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and wanted to pamper myself before my due date. Looking to get a gel mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. I arrived at 10:45 AM on a Thursday and was told they did not have time until noon and they are OUT OF WAX so they can't do my brows. How are you a salon that welcomes walk ins and offers waxing and you are unable to do both of those things. I do not mind waiting an hour for service if it's good. I just don't get how you can be out of wax. How much wax does it take to do someone's eyebrows? Again, I would have happily waited until noon for good service but the fact you can't even do my brows.... I don't get it. There were two employees working and only one customer being serviced. The ladies there are very nice and considerate however I came in to get gel acrylics and left with very bloody fingers. The nail technician felt very bad, but I had to pay 45 dollars when they should have at least offered a discount. My friend got a gel manicure and hers however looked very good! I received horrible service and was treated very poorly when I came into An's for a pedicure. I was already told by an acquaintance that this isn't a great place but I came with a group of 4 people and it was convenient. They only have 3 chairs. This shouldn't be a problem, however it was because I was very rushed. My two friends arrived first and were already in the chairs started their pedi's when I arrived. I was the third one in the chair and the first one done. My pedicure only lasted approximately 15 minutes, and I didn't receive the same services as my friends sitting right next to me even though I paid the same price! I wasn't too happy when I left the salon but I did not complain. Not even a week later, 5 out of 10 toenails were already chipped. One nail completely lost all of the polish on it. So I decided to call and explain then situation because I thought I should get another pedicure since my services were not what I paid for. When I called I talked to Ann the owner. She insulted my intelligence several times saying I was wrong/I was calling the wrong place because her salon would never allow someone to have a pedicure less then 30 minutes. She was so nasty and was screaming at me on the phone that I became very upset. She refused to give me another pedicure or my money back because she thought I was lying. Eventually she said she would re-paint my toe-nails. But at that point I would never ever return there anyways. I told her that I would never recommend anyone to come to her salon because of how rude she was. My mother (who paid for the pedicure) wasn't too happy that she could hear this lady scream at me on the phone so she decided to call back. Ann continued to be rude to my mother and told her that she didn't care who paid for the pedicure or what services we got. Terrible experience at this place. I would never recommend anyone to go there. I will not be wasting my time to return for a re-paint when that will probably chip after a few days and I will probably get screamed at by Ann again. Terrible business. If she wanted to keep customers she would have eagerly compensated for my terrible experience. read more

I recently had a pedicure on Jan. 22. The male pedicurist started my pedicure at 9:58 am and completed it at 10:18! Another client walked in for her 10 am appointment and he proceeded to start soaking her feet while doing my pedicure! He never bothered to wash his hands while going back & forth between us. The owner An, walked in at 10:20, and waved to this other client and said,"sorry I'm late" & laughed! I also asked him what the difference was between a basic pedicure and the next one up ($10 more). I couldn't understand him and never requested this upgrade. Since when does a pedicure last only 20 minutes? After he completed my pedicure I went under the dryer for about 5 minutes. I gave my gift certificate ($25) to another male employee and he said that I owed $10 for the pedicure, on top of the certificate! I should have complained immediately, but I left because I was extremely upset. When I got home, I couldn't believe how sloppy my pedicure looked. There was polish on the skin surrounding several toenails, the top of the nails were not sealed with more polish and some nails were not even painted up to the cuticles! Not even a week later, most of my toenails were chipped. As I was going on vacation on the 28th, I wrote the owner (An), a letter stating all of this and that she please call me before this date. No answer as of today. I expect a business owner to be professional and respond to a letter, whether by phone or letter. I want a refund and will never go to this "salon" and have let my friends/family know of this horrible experience. read more
