I went there for the first time getting a manicure. My nails grow fast so I do my own nails. I took…read moremy twin granddaughters there for manicure too so I had a man and the twin 15 yr olds had women. All 3 workers spoke in their language and never spoke to us at all. I wanted gel polish I never had before but when it was time to put your hand in the nail dryer he never said anything or looked up at me and kept doing hand motions until I had to say we don't understand sign language so can yall please start verbally letting us know what to do. Then went back all 3 of the workers went back talking in their language. But you can tell they were laughing at me because the lady next to the man started laughing and then looking at me. It took over 31/2 hrs to do our real nails. They were lucky I still tipped them $10 each. . I was very very disappointed in the staff's attitude. I wanted this to be the go to place. I was starting a tradition with my only granddaughters. They did a good job but took forever. I will go somewhere else. Sucks because they are down the street from me.

My neck and shoulders were a bit tense, so I asked her to work on those a little more. I had 90 minutes of bliss! She was very good, and I was blown away by the attention she paid to my neck and shoulders. She is also an esthetician, so she did some face massaging/pressure points that were so awesome, I'd never had that during a regular massage. She ended with my feet, which are usually pretty ticklish, but again, knew exactly how to massage them and use pressure points so that I enjoyed it, rather than flinched! I made another appointment with her for a massage and facial before leaving, that's how happy I was with the service! Can't wait until my next appointment!

I then saw Lisa for a Swedish Massage and it was amazing especially since it was my first massage. Lisa was so nice throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable which was much appreciated. I felt like all the tension and knots were completely gone and it felt great. I will definitely return to Corto's because it was a wonderful experience overall.
