I got a full set plus a gel pedicure. Bon did my gel-x set and did a great job- he got the design perfect and took his time. I've already had them for a week with no lifting and great retention. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great as well, I got a massage and the lotion used spelled amazing and hydrated the hell out of my legs (which as a girl in Buffalo in the Winter iykyk the cold kills you) I was even offered some water which is always a great plus. This will now be my go to spot. Already can't wait to go back and get some new sets- SO glad I found this place!

The first nail popped off on Wednesday and by Friday they were almost all off. I got the nails done for an event on September 12 and almost all my nails were off. When I called on Monday, instead of asking how they could make it right, the receptionist insisted if I had come in they could have fixed them. Since I was hosting the event that was impossible. When the owner called me he said all they could do was fix them. When I said the reason I got the nails was for an event and that had passed I would like a refund for a defective product. He then tried to make me feel bad saying well the money would have to come out of the technician's paycheck. I'm extremely disappointed that the owner's first response isn't how can we make this right. Instead it's an argument and a fight to hold someone accountable for their salon and the products they are using. Needless to say I will never go back.

My neck and shoulders were a bit tense, so I asked her to work on those a little more. I had 90 minutes of bliss! She was very good, and I was blown away by the attention she paid to my neck and shoulders. She is also an esthetician, so she did some face massaging/pressure points that were so awesome, I'd never had that during a regular massage. She ended with my feet, which are usually pretty ticklish, but again, knew exactly how to massage them and use pressure points so that I enjoyed it, rather than flinched! I made another appointment with her for a massage and facial before leaving, that's how happy I was with the service! Can't wait until my next appointment!
